KathyWheeler My husband finally did a sleep study because of this — his snoring was so loud! After the study, the doctor told him his snoring was so loud it could be described as spousal abuse. He now has a CPAP machine and it‘s made all the difference. I had been planning separate rooms before that. I‘d still have been able to hear him in a separate room — just not as much. 2w

AmyG Hahaha. My husband was so loud. But years ago needed sinus surgery and is so much better. I learned to sleep with a pillow over my head. 2w

I‘ve shared lots of Bee Gees for #TuesdayTunes. Today I thought I‘d share the title track from their 1991 High Civilization album. The song is supposedly a social commentary/protest-type tune, but I have yet to discover what the social commentary/protest is about. Whatever it is, there‘s something about it that feels relevant today. Perhaps it‘s the dystopian themes. ⬇️

But now I have “Stayin‘ Alive” stuck in my head. 1) I am feeling some sense of calm because I received my notice from TennCare that they will cover my MSP (Medicare Savings Plan) for one more year. I have to reapply every year. That‘s if they don‘t refund Medicaid. So there‘s still a little bit of uncertainty there. I‘m just not going to let it get to me, which is (cont)⬇️ 5mo

CatLass007 easier said than done. 2) When I‘m not listening to an audiobook I‘m listening to Pandora. And just as I am a mood reader, I am a mood listener. Goodness, gracious, I just remembered back in college my roommate and I wouldn‘t even leave our dorm room if we didn‘t hear “Neutron Dance” on the radio. That‘s something else I haven‘t thought of in ages. I wouldn‘t listen to it if I was getting ready for bed. That‘s a get up and get motivated song. ⬇️ 5mo

CatLass007 @DebinHawaii Yay! 3) I don‘t really have any “go to“ music. I love all types of music except for heavy metal, acid rock, bluegrass, and most rap. I make an exception for The Cat Rapper. Even if I‘m in a bad mood one day and then a bad mood the next I might choose two different types of music to listen to to elevate my mood. 5mo
