Wow. I‘m still thinking about this one, and I can‘t easily nut graf it like I do most books. Madievsky examines addiction, spirituality, mental illness, intergenerational Jewish trauma, and co-dependent family relationships in a book that‘s 300 pages. And she does it well. I‘m really impressed by this debut. And where was it when I was looking for a book for Modolva in #ReadingEurope?! (It takes place there and LA.)
