I love Harry Potter, but fictional characters cannot be stated as valid examples for thesis in real-life psychology studies and books!
I am so sorry about this sentence I am casting, this was a book I so much anticipated reading and... It turned out to be such a disappointment! I don't disagree with the thesis, but the writing style (too much self-centred and enthusiastic) and the lack of data are preventing me from liking this book.

A random book on a random day. Let‘s add some German into this reading list. Also, this Diary of an Hamster is so deep and hilarious!!
Just finished this book - I couldn't put it down. Mystery, feuilleton and unexpected villain(s?). #mystery #spanishreads
I fell for it again. I hoped that the second book could give me the thrill of the first one, but I was disappointed. First of all the pace is slow, with too many flashbacks and digressions. I am not a fan of straight-to-the-point books, but here we had too many reminiscences of the past. In addition, I don't understand how the characters did not evolve: I wanted more of Tatiana and Alexander, but I read a book of strangers. stick to the first one.
I took some days off to travel the Netherlands and Belgium. Lively places, lovely people and amazing food ;) A very nice bookshop owner even gave me a book in Dutch!! I think I will start a city readathon... Need ideas to plot it :) #travel #travellinglitten #books #internationalbooks
Three weeks left to my half marathon. Proud of the result considering the extremely hot weather in Luxembourg! I could only be motivated to do it thanks to the tagged book #5k #sundayrun #irunsoicanreadmore

Reading a book about an island in an airport adds a twist in its contradiction. #travelsaturday #backtoluxembourg

Tough read for a tough commute. I love working from the Milan office, but I am not used anymore to such a long ride to work. #tiredthursday #mounttbr #umbertone
I cannot stop reading it! I want to turn one more page and one more after that one, read one more letter (letters are short, right?). Too bad today it is my first day #backtowork
When I saw it in the bookshop with it's gilded cover I had to buy it. After reading it I do not agree with myself anymore: the core topic of the book is incredibly interesting, but the style is dull, repetitive and superficial. A good book to read if you want to start in the topic, definitely not the best one.

Awesome movie, really hope the book is going to be better (as it always is)!
Tough read - interesting and unusual plot, but it was difficult for me to stick to the pages. Still think that Calvino is a genius and might go back to this book when I'll be wiser.
I started this book looking for ideas to find focus before my next half marathon and I finished it feeling that I have really all the tools to become a real athlete. I'll recommend it to anybody who wants to start train thoroughly or wants to increase their performance!
Got inspired by #TheBraveAthlete to wake up and train. No excuses, no bail out, only positive reinforcement, suffering and pain management. I could have done better, but I did it! This book makes miracles, it should be a #mustread for all athletes or wannabes
I have a Chimp brain wired up and winning all the arguments. This year it is gonna be me and Mr Professor brain taking over again!! #smartreading #nofictiom #rise
It was simply impossible to stop reading. It obsessed my days and nights. The book contains many character and narrative flaws, but for some strange reason I could not manage to get my head off it. Pick it if you feel like an epic love story with a knight in a shiny armour and crazy secondary characters!

How come symmetry is all around us?
Incredibly enough this is linked to the mathematical concept of the group theory, theorised for the first time by Evariste Galois when he was less than 20 years old. Evariste's tragic story is the background of this thorough journey across symmetry.
What about the equation in the title? Well, this is the fifth grade one...
The book is actually not the one mentioned above, but same author - couldn't find it in litsy.
First book that I am bringing to 2018 and it's about maths. Got it gifted when I was 16 and wanted to be a physicists. 50 pages a day and it will be done by the end of the week! #throwback #TBR2018 #backtobasics
In the TBR list since the Angloamerican Culture classes at uni in 2011. It's the cornerstone of the unwilling time travel genre and it is an incredibile quick and simple read. But I did not find the wonder in this short story, probably because it took me so much time to decide to pick it up.
I definitely will go and read some extra critical work about it to understand fully its meaning and give justice! #TBR #2017readingchallenge
