I was not that impressed with this comic. The artwork was enjoyable but the dialogue felt a bit unimaginative.

I wanted to read something fun and quick.. ApocalypticGirl was so boring! It literally took me days to finished a 100 page comic...the relationship between her and the cat was cute , but other than that, it's really not worth reading. #sundayreads

Graphic—no pun intended—violence aside, this one was interesting. I wished it was longer. ⭐️⭐️ + ⭐️ (for Jelly Bean, the adorable white kitty)
Yaaaaasssss! “A Sci-Fi epic about a postapocalyptic life (and cat ownership)” 🐱💥🌎
I love this book so much! Also, great to know that even after the apocalypse, cats remain excellent at helpingnothelping... 😂🐱
The art style is deceiving - this can be very violent. I enjoyed the art and the storyline a lot. I think the concept is interesting and wouldn't mind seeing it fleshed out more. It does work perfectly as a short, though.
Aria‘s only companion is a cat, Jelly Beans. Originally a 3 month mission, Aria has been on the planet for 6 years looking for an ancient artifact.
There was not much story depth to pull me into this one. The best thing about this graphic novel was the adorable Jelly Beans. #letsgetgraphicweeklongmarathon

Well, I woke up and can‘t fall back asleep 😴 so thought I‘d take a pic of one of my stacks for this graphic novel marathon.
•Simple yet lovely story about a girl & her cat trying to survive in a dystopian environment
•Artwork is a satisfying mix of atmospheric details reminiscent of manga, beautifully vibrant palettes to complement scenery & action, & classical comic drawings
•Not afraid of violence or blood
•Subtle references to classical music add dimension
•Her love for her cat is heartwarmingly adorable
•Good story
•4.25/5

Awesome graphic novel. Love the character, Aria (and her cat Jelly Beans 😻😻😻)
Short, Quick read, but the end was satisfying!
Aria was such a great character and I just Lost my heart for Jelly Beans!!!!

I liked the art, it's edgy and really cool. Anyhow the story seemed underdeveloped to me, like it was incompleted. I didn't really get the ending and did not relate to Aria, the protagonist. The cat was cute tho.
"A sci-fi epic about a post apocalyptic life and cat ownership." Yeah... about that... so there's this pointless mechanical suit Aria is trying to revitalize all while under random attack by these Aztecs. Then Lady Gaga shows up on page 83. It's beautifully illustrated but otherwise disjointed.
Some great comics that are #outofthisworld - it was hard limiting to just the four pictured! There's the continuation of Firefly, and then new series: Saga, Descender, and Apocalyptigirl. #booktober
I loved this story of a girl and her cat surviving on a hostile planet for three years after completing a mission. They pass the time rebuilding a robot and trying not to tangle with two warring tribes. She is plucky and endearing. Highly recommended.
This was such an interesting GN. Cute, but bloody and finishes off with an ending I can dig. Love it!
I liked the illustrations and the world/setting, but the story just didn't feel quite developed enough. I was left feeling like I was missing some things.
