3✨ Not the typical Riordan book. It does still have adventure, danger, and challenges. However, this one seems to focus more on the understanding of the Muslim faith and gender fluidity. The final conclusion I hope has more action in it.

I swear Uncle Riordan gets better with each book! This one was just as amazing as the first book. Loved every moment of this book and all the characters and struggles. And can I just say that Alex is amazing? Absolutely in love with this book.

Norse mythology is so weird. And also entertaining.

I really want the main characters of the next book to be Otis and Marvin.

I have always loved the stories of gods and goddesses, but Riordan is incredibly at making these ancient stories flow effortlessly into modern life! Not only did he pull it off again, but also incorporated some other really neat yet tricky elements to this story. I love how he handled everything! Such a fun book!

Loved this book! Took me a minute to get into it, but once I did! I fly right through it! Now onto book 3!!

This series just doesn‘t have the same charm as Percy Jackson and I am struggling to stay invested.

This book goes even deeper into Norse mythology, and is a great book.
Definitely a few twists and turns, as well as plans that don't become clear until later.
Definitely a fun read.

Not only do I love Alex's personality, I love that they actually let Rick Riordan have a genderfluid character in his story. Not only that, the book says the words transgender and genderfluid! Diversity has always been one of my favourite parts of Rick Riordan's books, so this makes me exteremely happy.

Two and a half hours into #24in48 and I‘ve finally finished this one. I wish I liked it more, especially when I loved the first book, but this one turned out to be far too preachy for my tastes, and not nearly as funny.

Better than the first, which was awesome to begin with.

I needed this book after a stressful and disappointing two weeks. It made me laugh so hard. Not a spoiler, BUT OH MY GOD I LOVE HEIMDALL.

I love all things Riordan, and I love even more that he advocates for the acceptance and understanding of all types of people.

This #audiobook was another great addition to Riordan's Magnus Chase series. As Magnus & his friends search for Thor's missing hammer, they must go up against democratic zombies, an unlucky ring, and a giant wedding. Riordan's take on classic myths is always creative and entertaining.

This book has me craving the next one! That last sentence has me really excited to see what happens next. This was again a funny read. Magnus is a lovely main character and I loved the addition of Alex Fierro, who made for a cool, interesting new character!
