so-soI listened to the audiobook of this story. The narrator wasn't my favorite, but I still enjoyed the book. The story was entertaining, however, the romance just didn't seem to flow naturally. It almost felt forced at times. I liked everything else about it, though.
Watched 2 Christmas movies today, Good Morning Christmas (which I'd never seen) and Christmas Joy (which I had seen and loved and also read the book it's based on which is terrific). I am a sucker for super cheesy holiday movies.
Henry and I also caught a Puppy Dog Pals Christmas episode this morning.

Five days ago, we moved. There are boxes piled everywhere. I still can't find the iron or the wineglasses (sad face! 🙁). But the sons came home for the holidays, and they can't conceive of a Christmas without a tree. So here we are. The things we do for our kids. Even when those kids are 24 and 21. 🙄
I came home from fighting the grocery store crowds to this lovely card from @CrowCAH ! Thank you, and Merry Christmas to you and yours! Being married to a church musician, I‘m lucky if we get our cards out by Epiphany.
I let my 16 year old choose my next read from my tbr stack. This was her pick. Starting it this morning. Hoping it'll put me in a festive (or at least moderately decent) mood. ☃️
