Could not put it down. Correction: could not turn it off. I listened to this as an auto book and it was with me in the car, the shower, cooking and late into the night. If you were a fan of The Silent Patient, I highly recommend this one as well. #mystery #twist #ending #mysteryrecommendation #pageturner

Another good read from the indomitable pen of K L Slater. This one kind of lost me a bit at the end but otherwise it was very enjoyable, fast paced and lots of red herrings.

A lot happens in the last half of the book and there are no hints of the coming surprises

This is the 1st book of KL Slater that I've read and I am a huge fan already. The book has everything that a reader looks for when reading a psychological thriller. A must read - 5/5 for me.

At first I was wondering "What the he'll am I listening to?" While I walked and listened to it. Then finally near the middle it clicked in and I started getting really interested. Ended up to be a great book after all????. I tried to figure out the ending but was totally wrong, I love it when a book is like that.

Was driving a lot for work this week and wanted a good audiobook and this psychological thriller totally fit the bill. My first book by K. L. Slater and I will definitely be reading more. It totally engrossed me from the first moment and I was constantly trying to figure out who was the kidnapper. Totally recommend to anyone who loves this genre.

Three years ago, Toni‘s five-year-old daughter Evie disappeared after leaving school. The police have never been able to find her. There were no witnesses, no CCTV, no trace.

But Toni believes her daughter is alive. And as she begins to silently piece together her memories, the full story of the past begins to reveal itself, and a devastating truth.

⭐⭐⭐✨
This was pretty good. Blink is about a single mother who's five-year-old daughter goes missing. Started out slow and I did guess the initial abductor; however, the ending was quite unexpected. I did feel like the climax and reasonings for the abduction left me a little confused and wanting more clarification.

This one started out a little slow for me, but still turned out really well! The ending was well worth it and I did not see too much of it coming! She definitely has a shock value! 👊🏻

I believe this is the only book I've read by this author. I definitely enjoyed it. The end definitely had a twist that I didn't see coming.

This was aan OK read. I felt somewhat alienated from the main character but I loved the perspective of the Locked in Syndrome patient and the final plot twist. The ending felt rushed though and too convenient.

Blink basically has everything I look for in a good thriller and I enjoyed every single minute of it. The ‘paralyzed‘ chapters and the flashbacks are without doubt intriguing and add an extra original touch… The plot twists are excellent and had me guessing until the very end. Some of them are so shocking you would have never seen them coming!

4,5/5 stars
