pickLoved the feminism and loved the way Bobbi was written. The underlying plot is a bit confusing but it won‘t change the fact that I enjoyed reading this volume and will be picking up the next.
so-soAlas, I went into this with high expectations due to glowing reviews & didn't end up swooning. Knowing nothing about the character, I found the puzzle box story confusing until it circled. But the last two issues were fun & made me reread issue 1. I do follow some marvel comics but I'm not steeped in Marvelverse lore so I'm sure many hidden asides flew past me. I will be reading vol 2 since it's already purchased. #mommyreads #comics #ebook

pickI read it, I cried over it, I loved it. So upset that it was canceled and even more upset that comic fuckboys harassed the writer off the internet over one of the issues in the next trade 😒😒😒 (I'm late to the fury over all this but I was too pissed when it happened to say anything. I'm almost not really over it.) If u haven't gotten around to it, pick up this trade and support the writer and the series itself. Fuck Marvel and its fuckboy fans.
Hmm... a biochemist named Barbara, I can't possibly imagine why I'm connecting well with this comic. 🙄 (FTR, I'm nowhere near that blonde or that kick-ass).
