pan⭐⭐⭐ I have so many questions?? I feel this book didn't have a very good ending because there was just so much left unsaid. It had a great story line but definitely needed way more!!! Pretty disappointed in this one.

so-soI really liked how this one started off really cool- mental institution and unreliable narrator. It went into a magical world which was slightly less well built.
pickDefinitely pick! I loved it through and through. The first part was a little twisty but it straightens itself out and turns into one grand story!
Having an hour long real between my classes means I have a little more time for reading!

pickMy 100th book since November 2011 (when I started counting). Damn... this girl can write. I almost hate to say, but she writes a story so well she almost forgets the fluff and plot twists and action slam you with every page turn. But those pages turn and turn and soon you find yourself adding Barnes and nobles to your shopping list. Just a fascinating story.
This one is on my TBR shelf. I picked it up at B&N in January but haven't gotten to it yet. The cover is beautiful... the broken mirror representing the broken character. #mirrorimage #MagicalMarch

pickI love Danielle Paige and I really loved Stealing Snow. A fairy tale retelling with a kick ass female character who is not afraid to question and to love deeply. Can't wait to discuss this at our bookstore's book club. (Metar also approves on this beautiful Houston day)

panWhat a disappointment. I texted my sister to stop my niece from reading this book. I'm NOT okay with the main character chasing after a boy that broke her wrists then getting all gaga over two other boys. UGH! What garbage! Why can't more YA books have a girl focus on a cause or quest instead of boy crazy BS. 👎🏽😡.
bailedProbably my first bail in over 5 years (but I have a compulsive need to finish books o start). I made it 100 pages. This was so bad in so many ways. Retelling of the Snow Queen but dreadful. Offensive use of mental illness portrayal. Turns out that Snow (who is institutionalized) isn't actually "crazy" but rather a magical princess from another world/dimension. I can't begin to describe how abhorrent I found this book.

pickLoved this one! Thought it would be a standalone but happy it's not. I was hoping there'd be an explanation as to why every boy she meets falls in love with her.... I felt that was a bit... over the top for just looks and personality alone. Loved the premise, the guys were swoony and the twist was one I didn't see coming!

pickI cannot say enough about this book!! The ending was so intense!! There are plot twists and turns aplenty!! I tried to purchase the sequel immediately after finishing it, but sadly it isn't out yet. There are two novellas available on Kindle, however, to tide one over. Please hurry, Ms. Paige, and get that sequel out!!
Maybe if we didn‘t believe in the story and instead just believed in one another, things would be so very different.

bailedI have a high tolerance of (and even a genuine fondness for) love triangles, bitchy protagonists, and people wishing to refuse the call of prophecy.
And yet I still detested this. I had low hopes and it did not meet them. 27% is as far as I shall ever make it.
#12DaysOfXmasPhoto #day3 #SnowMen My copy of Disneys Frozen has disappeared & I don't have any books about snowmen, not even a Frosty the Snowman book anywhere, so this is a retelling of Snow White with a Snowman teapot & a beautiful Snowman snow globe that has coloured lights & a little fan that stirs up the snow for you. And that's better than a book about Frosty in my opinion!☃️
