I loved this book. I know this is YA but it's so dang cute. #12 #JennyHan super cute idea- please follow them through college. #2024
Forever waiting on holds 🙄 what a better way to wait then to start another book 🤪🎧

This was the third and final book in the To All the Boys series. We get to see Lara Jean and company‘s final days of high school, future decisions and their final summer before entering a new world. While it did wrap up the stories of these characters, it was my least favorite of the books. I found these characters to have a little less sparkle than in the previous books. It‘s still a good story, and conclusion. ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 /5 ❤️📚
Beginning the third and final in the series To All the Boys I‘ve Lived Before. I watched the first two movies yesterday, after finishing the second book. I‘m not sure why I do that to myself. The book is ALWAYS better. They really changed a lot in the movies, and while I get why they did, the changes made actually affect the character development, IMO. ❤️📚
I have put off reading this book because I loved the series so much. I‘m sad it‘s over… I love this one just as much as the others.
Lara Jean‘s senior year is coming to an end and she has to decide her future.
This time, Lara Jean is the toxic character in the book.
Genre: Fiction
Start/end: June 16th -
Summary:
This was the best of the 3 in the series. Im@sad to say goodbye to this trilogy.
This was the perfect lollipop series fo read this month when things have been busy! I love a YA contemporary that has such strong family relationships, and Peter and Lara Jean are adorable!
I liked this one the least in the series. It wasn‘t bad. There was a lot of change, Lara Jean doesn‘t seem to grow, and of course the ever present college and relationships situations. I was really enjoying it in the beginning and then couldn‘t wait for it to be done.
In the most recent episode of the Unabridged Podcast, we discuss To All the Boys: Always and Forever, the Netflix adaptation of Jenny Han's Always and Forever, Lara Jean. We begin with our Bookish Check-in and were THRILLED to be joined by Shay, one of our Unabridged Ambassadors, who shared a book she was reading.⠀
⠀
We enjoyed digging into the high and low points of the adaptation (spoiler alert: we're all fans!) ⬇️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Again great character development in the third book. Jenny Han wasn‘t planning writing a third book in this series. But i am so happy she did. You follow Lara Jean and Peters journey on applying to college and the nerves that come with it. You see not only them individually developing but their relationship as well. Definitely my least favorite or three but i only think that‘s because I had to say goodbye to the characters.
I needed a good cry and knew this would do the trick
Happy To All The Boys 3 day, Littens! I‘ll be watching it later today, but I made some cake mix cookies to celebrate. Dark chocolate fudge with pecans and chocolate hazelnut frosting. 💌🍪
I stayed up to watch this... let‘s go!!!
Awe, this series was so cute!!! I'm going to miss Lara Jean and the Song girls. 💖 These girls feel so special and made me so happy! I needed a good light read and this series was honestly perfect!
This book was #9 in my #BookSpinBingo and also the #doublebookspin 😊 I'm probably going to move in to the original #bookspin number 😁📖 @TheAromaofBooks
I kind of fell off here for a bit. Thank you for the birthday wishes on Sunday, @LitsyBirthdays 🥳 I found Lara Jean on my birthday and would like to share her with you all 💌 🧁
Peter K had some very romantic moments 💖 Nice finale to the series. Looking forward to movie #3!
Ok, so maybe it's the end for Lara Jean, but please someone tell me Jenny Han is working on a time-skip Kitty baby-dyke sequel?
Why does my reading slump finally end when I should really get some sleep? 🥱
Life as Lara gean knows changes her dads getting Married and she‘s going off to college. What‘s next after all that.
I love a good YA series 💌 Sad this is the end because I adore Lara Jean. She's an old soul in her tastes but so sweetly naive in her inexperience. I hope the final movie stays true to the book, but maybe gives us a little peek into their college freshman year and even beyond.
Sidenote, I need LJ's perfected chocolate chip cookie recipe to see how it stacks up to my mother's 🍪
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love the story of Lara Jean! You could tell the authors heart wasn‘t in writing another story about her, but I still liked it anyway
Honestly all the characters got on my nerves at some point except for Peter & maybe Trina. At the same time, I couldn't put this book down once I got into it. I love how it addressed real issues - college decisions, if & when to have sex, & families changing even when you're not there to see it. That age is a time of transitions & fears about making the right decisions & I enjoyed seeing that reflected. It was sweet & even made me a bit emotional.
I enjoyed this sweet trilogy and Lara Jean. She is a character that I will miss. I still want to know more about her.
This sweet trilogy hit the spot. I needed a lighter read and Lara Jean's nostalgic nature was perfect. As she and Peter navigate their senior year and consider their future, she never loses her optimistic outlook. Also, if you're reading them, prepare to crave some baked goods!
“You can't protect him from being hurt, babe, no mattter what you do. Being vulnerable, letting people in, getting hurt...it's all a part of being in love.”
This was probably my least favorite of all three of the books but it was a good ending to the series. It took a million turns but omg I will never get over the Lara Jean Peter kavinsky love story. I liked reading this series because Lara Jean is probably the exact opposite person to me. I‘m more of Chris lol and I just really loved reading her make probably every single decision different than me.
Loved the first book, the second was still good, but this one fell a little flat for me. Don‘t get me wrong, it was still a cute story. It just didn‘t have the same magic as the first book in the series in my opinion. I felt like I kept waiting and waiting for something interesting to come, but it was a little lackluster and slightly boring.

How did you choose the book: looked interesting

I never could have imagined it ending this way but I am left with a sense of contentment.
I forgot to share this before but here‘s my Reading Recap for March 2020. Trying to get more read in April since I‘m home but I‘m having a hard time focusing with everything going on. Anyone else having that problem?
This is one of my favorite series Lara Jean has grown since the first book
"Being vulnerable, letting people in, getting hurt... it's all part of being in love."
