A day late, but better than never.
1. The weather here is glorious!
2. Hubby has been feeling well enough to play drums at church two weeks in a row.
3. Got results from hubby‘s MRI, which gave us some definitive answers and a treatment plan.
4. I made lots of progress on my diamond painting.
5. I get to sing one of my favorite songs tomorrow (Desafinado)

1. Walked on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico every morning
2. Had amazing mango bbq grilled shrimp overlooking a marina with lots of Jetskiers
3. Not to mention a delicious coconut Bavarian bun from a bakery called OfKors
4. Loved all the bright umbrellas on the beach and the exercise groups moving around to 60s music
5. Planned a trip to see the Chicago Bears play in London next fall

🌸 one of our neighbors has bees, and I got a bottle of the honey this week and it's so good!
🌸 swimming in my pool, and floating in my pool reading a book (also, listening to yacht rock while swimming and floating 🎶)
🌸 I got my membership card and lots of great bird information from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology
🌸 that it's Friday!

🍋 reading on my porch this week- it was warm enough 2 afternoons-welcome today after a night of 28 degrees.

2. A great discussion at book club
3. A delicious cup of chai
4. An amazing indie bookstore tour
5. Another week down… only 4 to go until summer!

💛 La Gata, another pet that provides me joy.
💛 My classes finished state testing this week.
💛 Our JH took a field trip to see a college performance of The Percy Jackson Musical, and a former student had a role as the Minotaur & member of the ensemble.
💛 I hire a high school student who does a great job regularly mowing my yard so I don‘t have to.
💛 One evening this week I enjoyed some lovely hammock time.

1. Got my TBR for #wyrdandwonder24 that also doubles as my TBR for #awesomeapril readathon!
2. I‘ve written 6 new blog posts in the last week. 3 are live and 3 are scheduled for May for Wyrd & Wonder
3. I‘ve prepared for Independent Bookstore Day tomorrow!
4. I took a walk & saw these beautiful blooming trees.
5. I completed this gorgeous puzzle from Puzzles of Color.

1. I learned about Japanese musician Fujii Kaze from seeing him perform as the inaugural artist of NPR Tiny Desk Concerts Japan. I'm obsessed! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rGyQHyDMZZI
2. I wore a new dress to work today with a mushroom print on it & received many compliments
3. I got to work on a fun project @ work
4. I went for a walk in the sun @ lunchtime Wed
5. I'm looking forward to date night w/ @tiedyedude tonight
