My #5JoysFriday list for this week. (Yes, 3 of them are food…it was that kind of week!

1. I had a chance to run into Whole Foods after a meeting yesterday & they had my favorite dill pickle salad mix on sale so I got 3 bags. I like to throw in chopped pickles & a protein. 😋

2. I mentioned a potential promotion in my #WhatsNewWednesday post & I got it! 🎉It‘s not going to make my life less busy but the salary offered was more than expected! ⬇️

My #5JoysFriday list. It hasn‘t been the best of weeks health wise but there was still joy to be found.

1. My Trader Joe‘s run from Portland brings joy, especially these dark chocolate watermelon sticks.😋

2. I was at an all-day HR conference & my old coworker brought us coffee & cookies to share on the afternoon break. ☕️🍪

3. I don‘t find joy in coughing but I like the positive messages on the cough drop wrappers, “Conquer today!”

A little late with my #5JoysFriday list. I got back yesterday from Oregon with unfortunately a relapse in bronchitis or other gunk the last few days. Probably the universe‘s way of telling me to slow down & not travel. Anyway I slept & feel a bit better but moving slowly & behind on everything.😬

But still… there was lots of joy this past week.
1) My trip to Oregon could probably count as 5. Beautiful weather & lots of family time + a good ⬇️

My #5JoysFriday list:

-A cup of hot minestrone soup in the airport “fancy” lounge
-Friends reruns, my e-book & pizza bagel on my flight to Oregon
-The wind chimes in my sister‘s backyard are joyful & relaxing
-My sister‘s afternoon iced coffee game is perfection & brought me joy🧊☕️
-#LitsyLove & Summer Natural Litsy Card Swap (I bought my cards to try & fill out here!) 💛

Headed to a sibling dinner & then I‘ll be around to see your posts!💛

OK friends, I‘m late to #5JoysFriday 💛 Got home from my work trip to Maui last night, ate the takeout my coworker asked to stop for, thought I‘d rest for a minute & feel asleep. So here are my joys for a busy week. I look forward to reading your joys today/tonight. 💛

1) I don‘t like to take steroids & antibiotics but I find joy in breathing & after a 2nd dose of them, I am & was able to facilitate yesterday.💨

2) No pictures but I had many ⬇️

OK, I thought it was going to be challenging finding joy in a week of being sick with bronchitis but it wasn‘t too hard. Here we go with my #5JoysFriday list:

1. I‘m loving the Merlin bird app I learned about from @monalyisha on a previous #5JoysFriday post. This morning as I was drying my hair in my bathroom, I learned the loud conversation I was hearing was a red-crested cardinal & a spotted dove.🐦💙

2. I find joy in learning that Brats ⬇️

A rocky travel day of delays. I‘m in the SFO airport from Boston for a 5+ hour delay while my luggage went Boston-Denver-LAX & will make it to Honolulu before I do tonight. But that‘s no reason not to celebrate #5JoysFridqy so here are mine:

1. Maine! Such a quick visit & lots of effort to get there & back but it‘s beautiful. We stopped at that lighthouse in Portland for 20 min to grab pics on the way in to a session.

2. Inspiring learning ⬇️

Another crazy week & Friday. I will get around to see all your #5JoysFriday posts tonight or tomorrow at the latest.💛🤗

But here are my 5 joys

1. Learning about the Merlin 🐦 app from @monalyisha last week. I listened to the birds in my yard & was impressed it could identify them. Even a 🦆down by the water.

2. Babies reading. This is my great-niece 💕

3. I got the last of my #LitsyLove responses out on Monday day. 💛

4. Right now my ⬇️

Can my main joy for #5JoysFriday be that it is FRIDAY?!?! 🎉 It was another long week.
Here we go:
1. My pork belly loco moco last week inspired so much joy I ordered it again for another breakfast meeting.
2. Yesterday I was craving poke for lunch so I ran & grabbed a poke bowl which was both ono 😋& joyful.
3. I found a🐞on my dusty car in a parking lot. I 💛🐞& so I gently transferred her to a nearby flowering bush.
4. My trip to Hilo ⬇️

Not the best week but it‘s Friday & there were plenty of moments of joy sprinkled in. Here‘s my #5JoysFriday list:

1. My #BOTM & #AardvarkBookClub boxes came in & I‘m especially excited to start Abby Jimenez‘s new book!

2. Had to attend a benefits strategy meeting😵but they bought us breakfast & I found great joy in my smoked pork belly loco moco.😋

3. The smell of my mango coconut lotion🧴

4. “Found” 2 boxes of Girl Scout cookies I hid ⬇️

Hi Friends! Sorry to post my #5JoysFriday list so late. I was in Hilo all day for meetings & crashed when I got home last night.😴I haven‘t had a chance to see your joy lists yet but I will be around today.

1. More #LitsyLove mail came this week! 💛
2-4 Lots of joy with my work team. It was my boss”s last day & one of my direct report‘s baby shower with our meetings including temporary tattoos, my moo shu pork🍕for lunch & yummy party favors ⬇️
