I remember reading this book when I was a teenager and loving the book. My library had the ebook so i checked it out to see if it was how i remembered it. It was. I rated this book a 3 out of 5 stars.

Grab a box of tissues and anything else you might need to feel some serious feelings, because things on my book podcast are about to get heavy (and maybe a litttttle melodramatic). Episode 249 brings you a conversation about Lurlene McDaniel‘s SIX MONTHS TO LIVE and the origins of so-called “sick lit.” 💔 Listen at the link in my bio!
Current progress for my #Roll100 lists for this year. I‘m hoping to completely clear both lists, so I‘ve been pulling from it to finish challenges whenever possible. ☺️ @PuddleJumper
This one is on my #tbr shelf, I won it on instagram but still didn't read it🙈

My son has been encouraging me to read/listen to this book, it‘s a personal favorite of his ...#AudioBaking so far it‘s great 🎧it‘s sad but not as difficult to listen to as the Maya Angelou memoir
I was listening an audiobook in February. It was emotional, heartbreaking, and second change romance. With a lot of history, secrets, and darkness. There is nothing that love can heal and they find their happily ever after. I was happy for them both.
Full review is on Goodreads.

I cried. I had forgotten why it was a tear-jerker. I only remembered when Walter died. How could I have forgotten? I'm so glad I chose to read it and now I can't wait to read the rest. #acomfortread #tearjerker

I read this in middle school so I am counting it for #MiddleGradeMarch @sblbooks @megnews
Living in the largest trash dump in Cambodia, a family tries to make a better life for themselves. Although the writing was not great, the story itself was very interesting. I am conflicted on the idea that the characters are real people but the story is made up. I would rather read their true story. Despite my misgivings, it did make me ugly cry at midnight as I finished it so it ends up as a pick.
