NCNY The day after my father's funeral, a family friend brought over a whole thanksgiving dinner for my family. She didn't even stay - she brought it and left so my family could have time together. I tear up every time I think about it. 7y

MyNamesParadise My friend made a small canvas painting of all of these classic and bestselling books and amongst them she had included a book with my last name and I was among the classics and bestsellers! I was so touched, I cried! It's on display on my bookshelf! 7y

MyNamesParadise Also when I was nervous about my winter term studying abroad trip my friend had taken a picture of her two chihuahuas on her fancy Polaroid camera and she gave it to me before I went away saying they'd always be with me! It's been a few years and they've both passed away but I keep that photo with me all the time! 7y

Vexingcircumstance Mine is an odd one to explain. When I was in middle school a friend got me a Wet and Wild Orange lipstick for Christmas. That always comes to mind when someone mentions best gifts from friends. Not because I really wanted an orange lipstick but because she got because I was just getting into makeup and likes weird colors. She put thought in to it and her family didn't have much money. Like...everything was a struggle for them. So that $1 lipstick 7y

Vexingcircumstance Probably required her to negotiate a lot with her mom to get the money for it. She may have even had to save her random change she found. It meant a lot to me that she put thought and effort into getting me a gift when it wasn't an easy thing for her to do. So, I've always remembered it. 7y

Not out of fear of judgment but because I think bad things about people some times and I don't need them knowing my instant thoughts or what I honestly think about them, some things are best left unknown/unsaid. I also have embarrassing things in my thoughts that nobody will EVER know lol. 7y

MoniqueChristine No one. I have depression and anxiety and I wouldn't wish that nonsense on anyone. Because let's be real, anyone who can hear my every thought would be in for one heck of bad time. On top of just having too many negative and contradictory thoughts, I'm constantly having to challenge those thoughts and dismantle them...yeah no. I don't hate anyone enough X-D 7y
