My second Anne Tyler this month. I seem to be in the mood for well-written observations on normal life. Micah is a quiet, well-mannered IT expert/apartment block caretaker who maintains routines in his everyday life almost to the point of obsession, until events throw the routines off track. It‘s a gentle, character-driven short novel and I adored it.

This is only my 2nd book by this author (I loved Dark Matter!) and I‘m not a sci-fi expert, but I thought this one was also top-notch!

I started this book not knowing anything about Millay, with a very fleeting knowledge of her work. Her diary entries are filled with joys and criticisms, some very mean spirited and cruel, as well as a vulnerable soul who fought demons and ill health. A great look at her life. A good choice for #SundayBuddyRead .

A lot of DNFs this month made it so I didn‘t read as many books as I hoped, but the I really enjoyed most of the others I read.

I love this series and this one was really good! REICHS even had someone binging all the seasons of “Bones”. I love little nods like that.
As the title suggests, these victims have been burned. I enjoyed this one on audio.

Book 2 in the Busybodies Collection. Fun and well executed. I listened to this one and enjoyed the narration. The ending surprised me. Well done. I‘ll need to check out more books by this author.

First book of the year now read! Yahoo!! Enjoyed this addition to the Interstellar Brides series. Not my favorite in the series but good.
