2. All. I love physical books. Audiobooks are great for while I'm working and driving. Ebooks are perfect for when I want to read while laying down.
3. Fantasy
1. About 2-3, if it's a work day then my work uniform for the day, comfy/lounge clothes after work, and then pj's for the night

This was a very fun, but very long read for me and my limited attention span. This is another book from my Summer Reading Challenge for the 'Loved It! a SFF book that a friend recommended' category.
This was very entertaining and I really enjoyed it.
(It is only available on Kindle or as an audiobook, there are no physical copies anywhere I look, which is so weird to me.)
I read this book for my Summer Reading Challenge. I chose it for the Locus Winner: First Novel.
Despite being confused for the first several chapters, I did enjoy this book. I always struggle to wrap my brain around sci-fi novels. I enjoyed the story and the main characters. It gave me Cyberpunk 2077 vibes. That helped me understand more of what was happening. It was nice when things finally clicked.
I am looking forward to reading the sequel.
My local indie bookstore/game shop has a summer reading challenge and it's has motivated me to actually read the books I buy. 😅
My goal is to complete the whole bingo card, and I have until the end of August.
I've got ten physical books, one audiobook, and one book on kindle left to read.
It's been fun discovering new books and finally reading the books I already have.
Currently reading: Perilous Times(15), Ninefox Gambit(25), Stardust(17)
I am once again being very ambitious, this is my reading list for August.
1. Mus of Kerbridge by Paul Kidd
2. Ninefox Gambit by Yoon Ha Lee
3. Can't Spell Teason Without Tea by Rebecca Thorne
4. The Red Scholar's Wake by Aliette De Bodard
5. A Wolf for a Spell by Karah Sutton
6. A Study in Drowning by Ava Reid
7. Discord's Apple by Carrie Vaughn
8. Foxglove by Adalyn Grace
9. A Tempest of Tea by Hafsa Faizal
10. Perilous Times by Thomas D. Lee

@monkeygirlsmama This was fun to fill out, it helped my analyze my reading habits and such 😊
I used to think I was a fast reader, but I'm more an impatient reader. I make myself read slow now because I realized upon re reading books that I was missing things.
I like sitting against my headboard when I read, and I like to find YouTube ambience videos that fit the theme of the book I'm reading, it really helps me focus.

Thank you @alexus_sb and @TheQuietQuill so much! I'm so excited, I can't wait to snuggle into my blankets with my books and chocolate tonight!!
I had a little bit of each chocolate already and they're all so good, and the Nessie bookmark is so cute! 😊
And thank you @MaleficentBookDragon for hosting/organizing this swap ❤️🎄☃️❄️
I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season ❤️
I received my #Jolabokaflodswap from @alexus_sb
It's being guarded by my cat, he's very interested in it 😅
@MaleficentBookDragon #Jolabokaflodswap23
For me this is a:
10/10 book (the cover art, and whole book, is absolutely beautiful)
10/10 murder mystery
10/10 romance
I love when I can figure out a mystery before the end, but I love it even more when I can't. I was not expecting the twist at the end of this book and I love that this book kept me guessing the entire time.
@MaleficentBookDragon #Jolabokaflodswap23
Both of my #Jolabokaflod swaps have been mailed out and should arrive by the end of this week.

My days have been nothing but chaos, and I kept forgetting to post this.

I enjoyed this book. It's a very interesting story, and I really enjoy the occult/supernatural aspect of the story. I did get a bit impatient with the middle of the book.
I'm gonna give it 7/10
#HauntedHollowSwap #HHS23 @wanderinglynn

I always make big TBR lists for one month despite the fact that I really struggle to read. I put too much pressure on myself to finish books and it triggers my procrastination 😅
So, this is my TBR list:
1. Belladonna
2. Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell
3. We Hunt The Flame
4. Can't Spell Treason Without Tea
5. The Last Heir to the Blackwood Library
And I'm givng myself the rest of the year to read these. Less books, more time, no pressure 📚❤️

Here is my Spooky/Halloween collage!
Some of my favorite spooky movies: Van Helsing, The Brother's Grimm, Crimson Peak, & Hocus Pocus. And despite how easily I get scared, I really enjoy The Dark Pictures Anthology games. I just watch people play them, because I could never 😅
I also included pictures of my tea leaf reading mug, a few of my tarot decks and my tarot journal.

I really enjoyed this book and I think it's a very fun read. The main character is an absolute dork and I think that's great.
Since I really enjoyed it, 10/10, good book.
Good Omens became a comfort show for me. I found that when everything felt wrong, watching the show made it all feel better.
So finally reading the book was fun for me, I really enjoyed it. I bounced back and forth between the physical copy I received from @TheDaysGoBy (thank you again❤️), and the audiobook while I was at work.
It's a very fun read, 10/10
#NeilGaimanNovember
