I wanted so bad to like this book! I waited for literal months to get it from my library. BUT I felt like I missed something when reading it. Everyone seems touched, moved or in tears while reading this, but I was bored. I couldn‘t relate to the characters, found bits confusing sometimes, and felt as if there was no plot at all. It felt lackluster. Or maybe I wasn‘t in the Christmas spirit? It is February after all.

The saga of “where, o where, did my package go?” has come to a comedic end. It‘s been found! Thank you so much @Ellie_H for my #LittleChristmasSwap! I can finally finish the book instead of constantly requesting it from the library 😂 how did you know olive green was one of my favorite colors?! Love it!

I went into this book with some hesitation. But after a push from a coworker, I‘m so glad that I read it! I loved it so much! I enjoy the grumpy/sunshine relationship along with the forced proximity. The dynamics and backgrounds of the characters were interesting, and I like how the author had beta readers for sensitivity and accuracy. I‘m looking forward to reading the next book in the series! #romance

This book was absolutely amazing! I‘m not used to reading second chance romances, but I‘m so glad I picked this up! It got me out of my reading slump… finally! The fake marriage trope? 👌🏾 BIPOC characters? ❤️ Funny, awkward and of course romantic, everything about it was great! Second book to be released in 2024?! Highly recommend 5/5 stars!!

I listened to this on audiobook. Although short and sometimes repetitive, I admire Madison Beer's vulnerability in her memoir. Speaking about her childhood, rise to fame, struggles, and mental health, puts into perspective what a lot of celebrities experience, and often we forget they are more like us than we realize. As a young celebrity, I commend Madison on her bravery!

Simply put, this book was absolutely amazing! It tells the history of Black people in America from Ona Judge in the 1770s to the present day's Barack Obama. Broken down into sections of the lifetimes of historical figures and with simplistic but great illustrations. 1000% recommend

As so many people have said before me, this book was so freaking CUTE, if not cuter than the first. This duology is the most adorable series about believing in yourself, embracing change, and being open to adventure. It's a super quick read and I HIGHLY recommend it!

Finally got this book from the library, and flew through it. So many things threw me in for choosing this book to read first - to break my book slump. I‘m so glad I did. I related to this book, to this author, for SO many reasons. Absolutely amazing. Great read and great illustrations. Loved it

This was pretty good! A quick read - YA mystery/crime graphic novel with some elements of paranormal fantasy. The ending was a bit too rushed for my liking. 4.25 stars

Oh gosh! I was NOT prepared for the emotional roller coaster this book took me on! In short, it was simply amazing! I really loved and felt for the characters, which made it even harder to read at times! Oh, make sure to read the TW! I don't think I would be able to recommend this book enough. It left me speechless, breathless, scared, worried, happy, angry, and every other emotion under the sun. One of my top 5-star picks for the year! #5star
