pickI picked this up at library today. It‘s an extremely quick read, but I wanted to share because it is a really good book for young readers to be introduced to the Holocaust. It tells 6 different stories that don‘t go into the horrible detail, but enough detail for them to understand how scary this time in history was. #neverforget

Totally forgot to post this, but a few weeks ago I completed the 2020 POPSUGAR Reading Challenge. I had so much fun reading these and the prompts were wonderful. I tagged Twenty one Truths because it was the last one I read to complete the challenge. This was a 50 book challenge, but so far this year I‘ve read 78 books total!

Finished this gem tonight. It‘s a very precious and worthwhile story. I bought this book from the gift shop at Mount Rushmore after my husband proposed to me there. It was one of the greatest moments of my life and I‘ll always have this book to remember by. And of course my ring 😂

I enjoyed this ebook novella from Amanda Flower‘s Amish Candy Shop Mystery series. She is my favorite cozy mystery author! Can‘t wait for book 5, Marshmallow Malice to be released! I have a signed copy preordered and I‘m so excited!!

pickHoly cow! This was awesome! I don‘t love romance novels, but I definitely enjoyed this. If you‘re semi anti-romance like me, you will still have a great time reading this.

When the suffragettes were marching, they started wearing red lipstick so they would all be wearing the same bold color and stand in solidarity with one another. I love how this little thing many women had in their purses became a powerful political symbol. It's a reminder that we don't have to diminish ourselves as women to be seen as strong. You can push for societal change and you can love getting dressed up. You don't have to choose.

pickI grew up watching these movies over and over and they possess a very special place in my heart. I‘ve read the first book in this series twice and this is my first time to read this one. I absolutely loved it! I‘ve also discovered that, as a teacher, I have a little bit of Marilla and a whole lot of Anne in me! 😂😂😂

This is one of the most spectacular books I‘ve ever read. The narrator has autism and it‘s so interestingly eye opening to see the world through his eyes and to see how brave he becomes and he actually believes in himself. I just wanted to tell him how proud I am of him. I loved every single second of reading this.

pickOh my gosh, this was such a great read!!! Extremely well written and so very admirable. I would never be able to handle the entire PCT, but it certainly makes me miss my hiking days. I plan to attempt to retrain my body for it because of this book. Rented the movie on Amazon Prime right after I finished the book. I enjoyed it, but the book was, of course, way better!! #wild #teambook

When your best friend is the art teacher you chaperone her field trips and vice versa, but you get to see amazingly cool things like these crystallized books. I‘ve always loved and collected rocks and minerals, but this is a whole new level! Two of my favorite things together!

Words will never be able to describe how much I loved this book! I laughed, cried, got angry, got stressed, felt relief, and felt happy! I love this story so much! This is incredibly well written and I recommend both, the hard copy and the audiobook, but not at the same time.
