Interesting. I don‘t know if I liked this one or not. I finished it. I probably wouldn‘t recommend it though.

Finished this book 2 hours before November ended so we‘re gonna call it a success! I absolutely loved this book and the main characters who are so real.
Anda is the Witch of November; the storms that make Lake Superior especially deadly in November around Isle Royale. Hector is running from his life and in need of somewhere to hide. Maybe an island everyone abandons during the storm season wasn‘t his best choice, especially since he‘s not alone.
I read only 9 books this month. I have been a little busy for my sprint triathlon training😳too scare😬 like always🙄 in the 🏊🏼♀️ part.
But I enjoyed my reading time and in general the books were good. I read my #BookSpin book (Rule of Wolves) @TheAromaOfBooks
but I still need to read the double spin. No bingos this time🤗
I hope you all enjoyed your reading time📚🥰

A haunting, sweet supernatural romance story. I loved Hector — he was such a great balance of things — sweet & rough, impatient & kind. I loved his evolution. Anda was a little harder to figure out, but I guess that‘s the point. The plot moved kind of slowly, & it was mostly predictable, but its execution was riveting. First book for the #monthlymotifgxo (Diversify Your Reading) & #platypirediversitychallenge (Biracial Awareness) ★★★ ½
#currentlyreading | Super promising start – let‘s see where it goes.
November was a great month. Except for maybe one, I really enjoyed all of these reads.
I actually had a pretty decent reading month given that I‘m in full swing with teaching! I didn‘t finish That Thing You Do, but otherwise I read the rest. My favorite read was probably Little Fires Everywhere, Beartown or Turtles All the Way Down. #novemberreads
