So many great takeaways in this book. My favorite was the one in the pic.

Wow so this left me in tears and I came here to see what other people said about it and saw ... “coffee table book”. I do believe that books affect us differently at different times and I think that I found this at a very right time because I‘ve been 👎 for a while. I wasn‘t expecting a lot but there was so much inspiration packed into those 3 hrs and I need to listen to it again. Sometimes we need reminding that we‘re enough ❤️
I‘m posting one book per day from my ever-increasing TBR. No description. No explanation. Just books to read. Join the fun if you want.
Day 23.

Looking for inspiration & a potential book club selection.
This has merit but the montage style gives you only a brief taste of wisdom from each voice. I‘d find it more effective if there were less blips and more stories or engagement with the interviewees. That said, there are powerful words here and inspired me to further investigate the VIPs featured such as Eckhart Tolle

Way better on audio!!! I mean who doesnt love Oprahs voice?! I also really enjoyed the snippets of the interviews from each person.

This was a good little coffee table read, nothing too crazy. I enjoyed it, it has some really nice quotes and the photos are beautiful. It's not riveting or ground breaking but I did like it more than I thought I would.
I will want to take away your pain, but instead I will sit with you and teach you how to feel it.
This was...fine? I ❤️ Oprah and many of her famous friends that contributed to this but I‘m just too damn jaded and cynical for this type of book. I started the new year reading a few pages every morning first thing which was fine but I found myself wanting more substance. It‘s definitely a “coffee table” type book. Also, WAY too heavy on God if you‘re not into that. I‘m grateful to my BFF for sending me this, BUT 👇🏼
This was a gorgeous book and ❤️ how Oprah distilled her interviews from over the years to inspiration & key pieces of insight. I find each story fascinating as it relates to their personal journey.
Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I just wanted more... there were plenty of motivating sound bites and a sprinkling of seeds for deeper personal reflection, but it lacked the degree of specificity and clarity for which I‘d hoped.
“What is real, what is forever, is who you are and what you are meant to share with the world.”
Great book with quotes and stories about finding your purpose in this crazy world. I loveeed all the little motivating quotes in this book 📚 if you find yourself stuck in life, pick this book up it perked me up quite a bit.

I would have liked to see more words of wisdom from Oprah herself. And I feel like there was a lot of under utilized space in this book. Like a picture book with some quotes. But it was inspirational none the less. Between a pick and a so-so but choosing pick because...Oprah 💜
Just downloaded the ebook FREE on my Kindle and iPhone. I listened to the audiobook but can‘t resist a free copy. It‘s only on today according to my friend ‘s text
Oprah is an amazing human being. But I find myself wishing for a rating between a pick and a so-so. I listened to the audiobook and loved the format , Oprah read the main text and her guests read their quotes. But it really reminded me of the audiobook of The Secret, in fact a couple of voices were the same in both books. Overall a good message but nothing new. I respect and admire Oprah so I‘m going with pick.
Today's reading spot! My boyfriend got me tickets to see Oprah live so catching up on some reading first.
It‘s FREE TODAY!!! Get your Kindle copy TODAY FOR FREE!!!

So, the hubs and I went to Costco today. Along with all the usual stuff, I snagged these two books. I think the tagged book will be a gift to my Mama and the Backman will join others on my #neverendingtbr!
Short and sweet. Motivating. Recommend the audio.
I loved listening to this book! In each chapter she talks a little, and then you get to hear her favorite quotes from people she‘s interviewed. A lot of great advice and wisdom. I‘m excited to listen to another one of her books.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
Should have waited for it to become available at the library but was so excited I bought it and was disappointed. The whole book was just snippets of Super Soul Sunday Ah Ha's... not saying some were good life tips but really thought she was writing an original book.
Excellent self help book
This book is essentially a collection of inspirational quotes that support Oprah's perspectives. It is short and would be nice to give as a gift, especially to someone who is daunted by long books as this could be put down and picked back up again and won't take too long to get through even if reading it that way.
It‘s short & sweet. Not lots revolutionary new stuff but rather a good summary of songs that‘s meditation to your heart. To get the most out of it, I‘d suggest you grab the audio version of the book. I just enjoy listening to Oprah. And it‘s good to hear the original interviews where these quotes in the book took place, to pick up their good energy. 😊 #Oprah #whodoesntlikeoprah
I did not care for this book. It was a lot of quotes and bits from other people. There was more stuff about god then I was comfortable with. I didn‘t take anything away from it.
Okay, fine - I‘ll admit there‘s not much that‘s new in this (especially if you watch/listen to Super Soul Sunday, because the audio is mostly a bunch of thematically organized clips from that). But that doesn‘t mean it‘s not profound or valuable. It‘s a short and sweet book, or a long and lovely meditation.

I love Oprah 😀😁
