I‘ve really enjoyed this series. I‘ve already read the first two books in the series (Dorothy Must Die and The Wicked Will Rise). Currently, I am into the retelling of stories that change our traditional view of beloved characters. pickThis review is for The Wizard Returns, book 3 in the Dorothy Must Die prequel series. I didn't like this one quite as much as the first two, but it still adds another interesting part of the story. I'm curious now to see which side the wizard will end up on. Still, I'm addicted to this series and am about to whip out the fourth book. The Wizard gets 3.5 ⭐️ from me.
So now I'll start the novella stories for the series!!! Loving the new take on The Wizard of Oz!
