pickThe second book is on my #AuldLangSpine list, and since both were on my TBR, I opted to start with this one. Luckily both library holds came at the same time.
I loved this super cute & fun second chance paranormal romance! 💘 Snappy dialogue, fun story, lots of spark & magic. Once I picked it up, I couldn‘t put it down.
Now onto Rose‘s story!

pickFrom my #Scarathlon TBR, this was a cute & light paranormal rom-com. I liked the characters & the supernatural world. Although not outstanding, it‘s a pick for a quick fun read & because it had 358 #ScarathlonWordSearch words 😆 Since book 2 in the series came in my library holds, I‘m going to go ahead & read it for maximum points for Team #SpookyGhostClub 👻🖤

This was a good second chance/fake dating romance with witches and other magical creatures. I really liked the world building and the magical structure and rules this book had.
I‘m interested to see what other characters get books besides the other sisters!
pickI love a good rom com with a snarky heroine. This one checked all the boxes. Did it have the meddling mother? Fake dating? Misunderstandings and a reluctance to admit true feelings? Yes, yes and yes, but it was so fun! I hope we get stories about Rose and Olive too, and Harper, because she is an amazing best friend.
pickI love this book. It has one of my favorite sub genres under romance. It's also witty.

I needed something fluffy to switch to, because I‘m reading some heavy stuff right now, and this is definitely filling that requirement! So much fun already, now I just need to learn to put it down!
panJust didn‘t get a good feel for the world the author made or the characters. Overall it fell flat for me. Had potential. ⭐️⭐️½
pick4 ⭐ This book was lots of fun. Is it full of tropes? Oh yeah. Let‘s list off the tropes real quick. They are fake dating, miscommunication, and it‘s a romance novel so of course, happy ending with an old friend. The story revolves around Violet. She is the dud of a three-sister witch group. She‘s the one without magic. Her sister is the soon to be the Prima witch, and must witch bond because it‘s required by law. ⬇

Cute, but predictable. Also funny and sexy. I really enjoyed it. Though I didn't care for the narrator at points.
pickGreat cover, and a fun fizzy paranormal romance. It was nice and sweet but some of the side characters were more interesting and deep than the two main characters. It is the beginning of a series, so I hope the next stories in the series will be better.

panThis one was a pan for me. It didn't start out good for me when two female characters, including the main character, were described with their breast sizes. Why? And I was bored throughout. This book is out 2/8.

Friends through high school until Lincoln broke Violet's heart. Now they need each other to get out of obligations. But will they remain enemies or will the romance rekindle. Great beach read. pickI‘m on a bit of a witchy romance kick. This one doesn‘t come out until Feb but is the romcom version of the paranormal romance world. I thought it was lots of fun and am looking forward to more.
