so-soFollowing on from book one, we follow our main character, Celestine North in the battle to take down the Guild and Government after being branded Flawed.
The author says she wrote these books in six weeks and you can definitely tell that, you can also tell this is her first foray into the genre. The characters aren't as developed as her other novels and it's hard to get a grasp on who they really are.

pick⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Such a fab duology by cecelia ahern, flew through flawed and couldn‘t put perfect down towards the end. A society where perfection is paramount and mistakes made will be punished ... branded with an F in different areas to fit your crime and disowned by society. Celestine a 17 year old seemingly perfect girl with a perfect life chooses morality , but what is morale and what is the law are not the same.

Lines drawn, alliances made to be broken and Celestine shows how flawed we really are. The bravery from this girl was something to cheer about. In Perfect, I thought she was a bit naive, towards the beginning, but as the decision she made changed her life, I loved watching her bravery and courage build into this even stronger girl.

Last night, I re-read the last few chapters of Flawed before I moved on to Perfect. Flawed was one of my favorite Owlcrate reads from last year 📖 I'm excited to jump back into this world!

pickCecelia Ahern's writing style is what gave this book a perfect 5 stars. It was compelling, regardless the fact that some parts are too descriptive and irrelevant, I did not dare to skip.
Perfect was a wonderful ending to the duology. I just wish that there are still more, for the reason that the first and this book was beautifully written but it felt like it was a bit rushed.
I recommend this action-packed and intense book to Dystopian lovers!

so-soI received an early ecopy from #netgalley for review. This book was a roller coaster- but not the good kind. The "this is all over the place and some of it is great and other parts are bad" kind. Some things felt rushed. I felt like some characters were all over place. It was a mess, but there were parts a really enjoyed.

Bin nun auf Seite 150 und etwas genervt von den vielen "Rückblicken" und Erklärungen. Da ich den ersten Band ja vor knapp 1-2 Monaten gelesen habe ist die Vorgeschichte ja noch sehr frisch und da bräuchte ich diese ganzen Wiederholungen nicht. Hoffe die Geschichte wird bald besser!
Leider hatte ich dieses Wochenende gar keine Zeit zum Lesen! Doch dies wird sich ändern, denn heute Abend ist Lesezeit! Wer liest heute auch noch?
Als ich höre, wie die Schritte sich entfernen und ihre Stimmen leiser werden, versuche ich erst mal, Luft zu schnappen.
