Band of Exiles indeed - sounds like a children‘s club or something. Tamlin is an ass for pushing his only friend away. Speaking of friends - how great is it that the boys have an annual snowball fight? Love those characters.

Poor Feyre - she‘s trying. Nesta is being so miserable and acting like a cow. Where‘s a therapist when you need one. I‘m trying to be sympathetic but she‘s making it hard. Also, I love how much Feyre wants to help those in her city.

maich @vonnie862 Same. If you want rent go and do/work something. Even at home, Feyre was able to make sure they got food. Then Nesta went with her to the market to get something (Book 1). She doesn't have any manners? Feyre is so good-hearted. She helps everyone around her, she wants to give gifts to everyone and make it right for everyone, make everyone feel good. 1d

#LittensLoveACOTAR #ACOTAR #ACOFAS Book 4:Ch.10-12: Rhys goes to see Tamlin and it does not go well-no surprise there. Kind of sad to see how far he‘s fallen though. I don‘t begrudge Rhys for saying what he did-even if he feels guilty afterwards, some things had to be said. Maybe Nesta should join Tam and they can be miserable together. B/c Nesta is going through it and not accepting help from her family. I think an intervention may be in order.

OriginalCyn620 @mcctrish I think you‘re right about Nesta. She was a miserable cow from the beginning, and now maybe she‘s using being made Fae as an excuse to be even more miserable. And even if that hadn‘t happened, I‘m guessing she‘d still be a miserable cow. Some beings are just that way no matter what! 2d

maich @OriginalCyn620 I agree with you. I also didn't feel bad for Tamlin. Feyra didn't want to see him. Nesta is a bit special. She has her own moods. She was angry at first, she didn't want to deal with them. Then she helped them. And now she doesn't want to deal with them again. She's going round in circles. But their Inner circle is fun. I laughed at that dinner too. 2d

How hard it will be for Rhys and Feyre to keep peace. Second, Cassian is such a great person - even though they hate him he wants to help the Illyrians who are at risk. I wonder if we‘ll learn more about Emerie. ⬇️

StayCurious Finally, I get that Feyre is cautious when it comes to her art, but do we think she should have tried to honour Ressina‘s invitation? Also, is Azriel going to visit his mother? What is Rosehall? Interesting tidbits are being dropped by SJM. 3d

#LittensLoveACOTAR #ACOTAR #ACOFAS Book 4: Ch.4-6: I liked these chapters because we‘re getting to know our characters even more. I especially liked reading Feyre and Rhysand‘s scene because I just ❤️ them so much. I love how they take care of and respect each other. Morrigan‘s scene was sad. Her memories of the worst moments of her life brought to life was difficult to read. I still think Eris is a prick not worth trusting.

#LittensLoveACOTAR #ACOTAR #ACOFAS Book 4: Ch.1-3: We have three POVs this time - Feyre, Rhysand and Cassian- which I thought was neat. It‘s clear that things are not all HEA after the fight with Hybern. I appreciate that SJM acknowledges that people suffer from emotional trauma and PTSD and it doesn‘t just go away. All of our characters are dealing with things or keeping themselves busy in order to avoid. ⬇️

StayCurious Will they be able to celebrate the Solstice as a family? Or will things get in the way? 5d

OriginalCyn620 I‘m loving the multiple POVs this time around! But in fairness, I do love books written in that style. After everything they all went through in the war, I expected there to be some trauma to be dealt with, of course. I hope they can come together and celebrate the Solstice! But if not, will that be the set up for the next book? 5d

maich @StayCurious I agree with Rhys. "Nesta is Nesta"?Sarah knows how to write stories. War leaves consequences and it is right that characters face them. She has already described this well in Book 2 after Under the mountain scene. 3d
