Not to brag but I‘ve spent a significant amount of time in 2 different bookstores over the last 2 days... and I haven‘t bought anything!!!

*AND* I‘m currently reading the library book that was the most sensible choice (it has reserves on it and will have to go back soon) but not the one I would otherwise have picked for my next read... is this #adulting?

I decided to make mac & cheese for the work holiday party, but I discovered that when I previously took a picture of the recipe I‘d only captured the ingredients! So I had to borrow the book from the library and try again. At the request of a coworker I left out the bacon, and it turned out fine. So now at age 58 I can finally say I‘ve made mac & cheese from scratch. #adulting
