It is the end of the semester, so that means while grading, I‘ve been watching a lot of PBS passport shows. I was obviously seduced by this title, since I am always and eternally a Sherlock Holmes fan. I‘ve been trying to listen to The Beekeepers Apprentice, but doesn‘t live up to my fond memories. #sherlock #pbs #documentary

Watched another #Pbs #frontline documentary for #NFNov. This one is an update of a 2012 story on how hard it is to be a child in a family below the poverty line in America. Unfortunately all three families were still struggling five years later, but all the kids were still in school or graduated, which is major!

Just watched the Weinstein episode of #Pbs #frontline for #NFnov. That man completely sickens me. Overall the episode wasn‘t that salacious, but the #TIL is that powerful men will do anything to silence those who could bring them down and abusive men can get away with a lot

Rural Oklahoma in early 80's you could usually find me with a book on my Mom's ugly couch. When the weather was good we had 3 TV channels. Masterpiece Theatre's Pride & Prejudice was my Introduction to Jane. Visit to the Library soon followed because I HAD to read the book and after that everything Austen. 😍
