Cady runs a river taxi. She ferries passengers through a 60 mile ghost dragon on the Nysis. She starts her day today by picking up a very sick young girl who‘s in danger & an AI. Right up my alley.

The Nysis is treacherous, there‘s challenging ports & horrors that lurk beneath the surface.

Cady lost her ability not to age so this could be her last journey.

peaKnit @dabbe I‘ve been doing more walking too, my body has not been cooperating with running. I miss it but also just glad to move:) 13mo

dabbe @peaknit Moving is the key! I finally bought just a walking pad so that I can walk while reading on the Kindle. Sitting on my butt reading is WONDERFUL, but I need to move more! Luckily, I haven't fallen. Yet. 🤩 13mo

peaKnit @dabbe funny you mention falling, I sprained my ankle two months ago falling off the road lol. So maybe I should try a treadmill lol. 13mo

dabbe @peaknit My right ankle loves to give out once in a while (I seriously sprained it years ago, and it's never been quite the same since). Did you get road rash from falling off the road? Ouch! 🧡🖤💜 13mo

peaKnit @dabbe just minor road rash thankfully, but plenty of embarrassment. In the country and of course by a house where the home owner was outside lol. I sheepishly walk by now…🤣 (I swore very loud when I went down) (edited) 13mo
