I didn‘t buy any books today, but I did buy 20 tanks and tees for $1/piece. And four bottles of wine and some crown. ♥️ #shopaholic
Another fantastic day of wedding errands and thrift shopping. I picked up some more books today. Some that I‘ve from my TBR, and some that I didn‘t even know I wanted until I seen them in the shops. Most excited for Before We Met ♥️

Books acquired: “Snow Flower & The Secret Fan” by Lisa See, “The Bohemian Gospel” by Dana Chamblee Carpenter (both for #FreakyFriday @MeganAnn ), & “The Bell Jar” by Sylvia Plath (because the cover was pretty & I‘ve never read it).
And last but not least, these were purchased just because they were on sale. 👏 two for $1.50 ❤️❤️
Ignore my totally ridiculous face, but I was sweating after carting this HUGE bag of books back to the office in this muggy weather. But seriously, who fells a bag this size full of books, and says enjoy the walk! Hahahah!
Hahah. How does this seriously happen three days in a row at different stores? The world wants me to buy all the books!

I did a bad thing today. Went thrift shopping for stuff for Halloween costumes and I just couldn't help myself. I'm not going to lie....I tried to hide them coming into the house and made sure I bought hubby treats to ease the blow when he found out. I still don't have my new bookshelves and have no place for these books. But...such good books that I don't have yet!!!!! #thriftbooks #bookhaul #imayhaveaproblem
Short Story: I bought all of these for less than $10
Long Story: I planned on only buying 10 books, but than the salesman casually mentioned that they were planning on throwing all the blue labeled books IN THE GARBAGE, I ended up buying 10 more because they were in perfect condition and I honestly couldn't fathom it. I may or may not have argued with the guy for 10 mins telling him how absolutely atrocious that is.
When your mother-in-law texts you to tell you she's been picking up books for you at the thrift store. 🙌🤗 turns out she's got 43 waiting at her house for me! Hahahaha 🙌🙌🙌
16 books and 14 shirts only cost me $40. You've got to love sale day at the thrift store. I may(definitely am) be heading to the other thrift store to see what deals I can find there. 🙈🙈🙈

Does anyone buy from thriftbooks? Thy have a website and app. They sell mostly used books, most of the newer ones can be pricey but a lot are pretty cheap and free shipping over $10
you can add to your wishlist if they don't have the book and they will notify you when/if they get it!

A new thrift store opened up by my work and all books are 2/$1!!! Its a 5 min walk from my work, so that's where you'll find me on all my lunch breaks!
