Help me welcome my real life book friend (from afar 😂) We have never actually met, but we “met” a few years ago when we were pregnant at the same time and bonded over our love for books. I love being in book club with her and sharing great reads ❤️ So so happy you are here @Thatgirlmarla16 !

What is everyone thinking?!

Did anyone else belong to this ridiculous book club in the ‘80s??? I saw these in a bookshop today and it all came rushing back to me. One of these little books a month. They were terrible, but I loved them! 😂 Alas, Dream Boy isn‘t in Litsy. 🤣

I‘m in charge of selecting my Book Club‘s next book and I need some suggestions! I‘m pretty down at the moment, so I don‘t want to read anything sad or upsetting. It doesn‘t have to be happy, just neutral.
We‘re an international group based in the UK. We read NF and Fiction. Must be less than 350 pages. Any ideas?!?!

Fans of The Babysitters Club will enjoy this series by Ann M Martin about another group of girls. I dove in in the middle of the series to read about their secret book club. Lots of fun and lessons learned as the girls enjoy well known children‘s books together throughout the summer.

Just finished my #1001BookSwap ~ soooooo good🙌🏻 5 super bright shiny stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Since we‘ve agreed to keep our choices “secret” I can‘t say much other than the writing is exquisite , the research & attention to detail is extraordinary, the story is full of original voices, it‘s a page turner that stuns throughout❣️‼️❣️There is so much to discuss xx Loved it ( I‘m tagging the book in comments under the spoiler)

Yesterday I finished a book for Postal Book Swap F from the Books on the Nightstand GoodReads group but the rules are strict, no sharing on social media. So hi! Wow, good book. Hahaa. Anyone else in a secret secret book club? We share at the end of the year once everyone has read all books, then start again. We all agreed to do it another year! But I have to admit it feels strange to read a book without sharing it with you.
