Today‘s Prompt: GRAVEYARD
A body under the floorboards, a body in a freezer, a drugged niece in a graveyard. Those things were the start of it.
SUNDAY SILENCE will definitely appeal to psychological thriller fans and repeat readers of Nicci French‘s books.

This starts right where the last book ended. In addition to what happened then, someone is also targeting Frieda Klein‘s friends and family. That person has to be found.
My weekend reading was the penultimate frieda klein novel in which her friends suddenly are the target of violence. The question is who is responsible and where is Dean reeves.
Not sure if I should read the final book very soon or wait. The readers dilemma.

Another wonderful instalment in the series
Morning reading at the lake
Although starting at book seven in the series was most likely not the best idea (took a bit to figure the characters out), this was a good mystery that was fast moving. I've already googled the rest of the series.
Sunday reading 🐶😻😻😻
Oof! Why didn‘t I stumble upon this series before? Frieda Klein is such an intriguing character and badass cop; this is the latest volume. Now I have to go back and read every volume in order. Apparently Sunday Morning picks up immediately from the book before. Frieda discovers a body beneath her floor and everything explodes from there. Fast and furious, loved it.
Forgot about this yesterday!

@Tove_Reads & I were reading this together over five days but got so exciting that we both decided we needed to read it faster. I feel this is the best one by far in this series and they are all very strong so this shows how good this book was. I love the feeling of the friends and ‘family‘ of Frieda that came through in this book, they are the key strength of the series. A great last sentence that makes you wasn‘t to pick up the last book.
As usual in this series the book starts with a map of one ofLondon‘s hidden rivers. I was brought up a few miles fro, this area if London but never heard of the river Neckinger. Love a map with a book, even better when it is an area you know. #MapsofLitsy
Starting Sunday Morning Coming Down which I am reading with @Tove_Reads . This is book seven in the excellent Freida Klein series, there are only eight books in the series so I think events will be leading to a crescendo. Book 6 ended on a cliff hanger so looking forward to this.
Buddy read with @Andrew65 Dec 1-5. Dec 1 ch. 1-8, Dec 2 ch. 9-22, Dec 3 ch. 23-37, Dec 4 ch. 38-49, Dec 5 50-62.
Sadly, every series will eventually end. This is the second to last book with Frieda Klein. It‘s been great to read the series in sync with @Andrew65 We will read the last two books in the series in December. When should we read the books? Starting 1st and 15th? #buddyread

Frieda, the MC in these books, loves walking through London in the night and knows every back street and old road/river there is.
These are great books, Frieda is a brilliant kick-ass, know all MC!
Happy #socksunday! And happy reading to any fellow book junkies diving into a good read while everyone around them watches the game 😊

Stayed up waaay past my bedtime last night finishing up this latest and once again, intriguing & page turning Frieda Klein #Mystery. 😫😴
But it was totally worth it!!😀
I was worried this might be the last one (First book being 'Blue Monday'), but that ending hints that luckily for me, there's more Frieda Klein to come- yay❣

The latest Frieda Klein #PsychologicalSuspense #CrimeThriller is my new read for tonight but first.... dinner at moms!😋❤🤓

Cozy is as cozy does.
I've had the house to myself all day and this is possibly the most intentionally lazy Sunday I've had in a while, and DAYUM it feels so good.
Frieda Klein is once again in the midst of murder and mayhem, this time focusing of those near and dear to her. I have to say this wasn‘t my favorite book in the series, at times it felt a bit pedestrian and obvious but as the penultimate novel in the series it effectively built the tension up for the final installment coming soon.
On my way home from our week away camping. I read 5 books and I‘m halfway through this one. Glorious reading days in the country at a friend‘s antiquated farm.
My first Nicci French book. The mystery, marvelous writing, and intrigue kept me turning the pages.
I loved how the engaging, amazing, creative story line evolved and smoothly drew me in.
SUNDAY SILENCE will definitely appeal to psychological thriller fans and repeat readers of Nicci French‘s books.

My first Nicci French book. Really enjoying it. Fantastic storyline.
I can't wait for this, although I am still trying to track down Sunday Morning... 💛📔
No #morningglory just some Sunday morning 😀 I think hubby has got some Oasis books but I forgot this morning!!

This is the first book I have read in this series but it did not matter at all and it was easy to read as a stand alone book. Frieda is chasing a shadow although there is a growing belief that the man she is chasing is alive. Her friends and family become victims of crime but who is carrying out these attacks is it the shadow she is hunting or someone else. A fast paced excellent read
Great edition to the series. Usual twists and turns we expect from Frieda's life!!
We've done everyday of the week now - is that it? Ended with very open ending but one I could buy into if that's it.
#currentlyreading
Next in Frieda Klein - love this series. Frieda is a great MC 😀
International #bookishmail today! Because if something exists across the pond, it should exist in my hands, too. I won't be stopped by arbitrary things such as borders & release dates 😏
And I'll ask again: different release dates for different countries... In 2017, why??? Stop being silly.
