I really liked this one. Not all of the doodles were meant to be ha-ha funny. And a lot of the humor is dark, but as someone with general/social anxiety I could relate to it a lot and enjoyed it. #BookSpinBingo #JoysOfJune

Yay!! Best day of the month — received my #cbbc #coffeebeanbookclub package! 👏🏽👏🏽 Thank you @Mommamanzi for the yummy coffee and that perfect to-go coffee mug! Love it!! 😍🥰😘♥️
In other news... I‘ve decided to wander into Kind of Coping territory. Maybe it came too soon after Brosh, but it feels ... well, not as good. Let‘s leave it at that for now... continuing through. 😁
I have not gotten bingo yet 🙄
A quick read and relatable for this reader, who has some social anxiety (probably worsened thanks to the pandemic) and a history of panic attacks. I was getting anxious just reading about some of the situations! Worth reading for non-anxious people especially.
I thought this would be better. There wasn't much of a story line
Cute, and some illustrations hit home like this one. On the balance the book is more focused on social anxiety and panic attacks. If you‘re a GAD person like me, it may not really resonate. I suggest Sarah Scribbles.
This little book nails it. It illustrates, in a really funny and touching way, what anxiety can feel like. I‘m keeping this one for when I need reminders to be kinder to others, and myself.
This was literally me the last 3 days. I get so mad at myself when I waste a weekend. Now I‘ll be up all night stewing about it and end up oversleeping. 😣
Second cup of coffee today. I don't usually do that. The aeropress just makes such tasty coffee and it goes great with books.
This one is a cappuccino with lots of foam. 😃
I just texted my sister (a psychologist) that she should add this therapy to her practice.
She has not answered me.😹
I had a pleasant afternoon finishing up Captain Toad Treasure Tracker on the Switch and also finishing the tagged book, Kind Of Coping by Maureen “Marzi” Wilson. I would recommend this book to those who would like to understand Anxiety better. I myself found it triggered my own Anxiety at times so I may not reread it.

#Movember Day 17: Fats‘ review: “Kind of Coping is divided into six major chapters, but every page contains a glimpse on Wilson‘s life, her thoughts, feelings, perception, and her ways of dealing with anxiety. I know people who have anxiety and could imagine them in Wilson‘s shoes. The vignettes may seem repetitive, but it only goes to show how anxiety can manifest itself in different situations.” #TrueBlue indeed. Review: https://wp.me/pDlzr-kY1
I have to share this part of the page of “useful excuses” because it‘s just my favorite! 😂
I finally read through this one! A bit all over the place, but that makes sense being that it‘s a book about anxiety. Great relay of information about how people with anxiety feel in even the ‘simplest‘ of situations.

I will hit my book goal today or tomorrow and I got 2 good workouts in! Here‘s to a new week! #bfcr4 #bookfitnesschallenge
#BFCr4 check-in! Not a good mental or health week, but I did get 2 workouts in! I will step it up on the weeks coming! #bookfitnesschallenge
How‘s the team doing?!?!
I'm loving this book about anxiety so far. I really identify with it. This panel sums up my first experience with first experience with IRL book club. I just joined a new one, I'm hoping my anxiety doesn't do the same thing to me and ruin it for me ☹️. #anxiety #socialanxiety #anxietysucks
Great graphic novel illustrating how the author feels and manages her anxiety. This will certainly help you feel less alone in your anxiety, or help you to recognize and support someone with anxiety.
Yay! I have been wanting this book for the longest time! Thanks so much Liz 🥰
My anxiety levels don't reach as high as hers, but I'm close to people who have similar problems in this area. It was nice to be able to relate a little and a great insight into the struggles of living with anxiety.

This #graphic book takes an honest look at anxiety and suggestions for help.

Book 71/90 2/21/19
I read a book. It‘s a short graphic novel perhaps but it‘s a book. I‘ve just been too sick and tired even for books this week. Next week will be better.
I love this book so far, but some parts are getting to me. I‘m such an addicted fan girl on Instagram though! #introvertdoodles
There was a lot I identified with and some I didn't, but overall I really enjoyed Marzi's illustrated look at life with anxiety. I recommend, especially if you've liked her previous introvert doodles!
Kind of Coping is available for pre-order! I can't wait.
I have the introvert activity book ( somewhere, lol, I kept it separate from my other books while packing and now I have no clue where it is ☹️🤷🏽♀️) but I want the new one I want the new one!! Found on Instagram
Oh. Em. Gee. The "happy little introvert" Marzi Wilson has a new book coming out and I have a feeling it will be relatable as f**k ??
