#auldlangspine book 5
A delightful graphic novel where Lady Camembert disguises herself as a man to avoid marrying one, then falls in love with Princess Brie. I loved all the cheese names! It really fleshed out the world in a very humorous way that had me chuckling each time a new one was named. Loved Brie‘s friends along with Feta, Cam‘s servant. The conversations about women‘s rights were well done & didn‘t take away from the overall coziness.
I love a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup when it‘s cold out! ❄️

Placing catch up with prompts. For yesterday, I definitely count cheese (& cheesemakers) among my #Blessings. 😋🧀💛 This is a quirky & fun foodie book.
A fun story about a man suddenly who finds himself a cheese salesman. Genuinely made me laugh! 7/10
The cutest and cheesiest (heh) graphic novel✨

Book 3 down for my #GNReadathon and it‘s a good one! This graphic novel is brimming with cheese & cheese puns. It‘s a sapphic story about “Count” Camembert who is really a girl but has to dress as a boy because girls can‘t inherit their father‘s fortune. She falls in love with Princess Brie & is pals with Lady Gorgonzola & Lady Ricotta. 😁 The artwork is great & it‘s a story about friendship, love, gender & acceptance. And. So. Much. Cheese! 🧀5⭐️
Odd combo, but definitely having a repeat tonight! Pizzawich & Spiced Carrot soup. 😋 #Mtcookbook
For years I‘ve made James Peterson‘s recipe for curried carrot soup, but this one has usurped it.
