Finally got the book nerd tattoo I always wanted. 😀
If you‘re looking for a new book to read, I HIGHLY recommend The Paris Hours by Alex George. The novel interweaves the stories of four individuals living in Paris during 1927. The writing is beautiful, the characters are engaging and it‘s a quick read at 253 pages. LOVE this book! Got my copy from BOTM but it‘s officially out on May 5th.
Thanks for the tag @Owlizabeth 1. Either sleep or watch something funny like The King of Queens.
2. July—Atlantic Ocean when in Ireland.
3. So far, so good! I will def try.
@Grrlbrarian wanna play? @MoonWitch94

Hi fellow Litsy peeps! If you love historical fiction, this is a steal...do yourself a favor and download immediately!!!
Like all of his books, A Parchment of Leaves, is beautifully written...a true love song to Appalachia and its people. Thrilled to have met Silas House last week at LFPL. 💙
Hazel Gaynor beautifully intertwines two narratives-one of a young pregnant Irish woman abandoned by her family in 1938 and real life Victorian heroine, Grace Darling, in 1838. Have the Kleenex handy for this one. Love, love, love all of Hazel Gaynor‘s books. 💙
Kim @KimM I am just overwhelmed with gratitude!! You did way, way too much but I am so appreciative of all of the gifts! Can‘t wait to dig into those books and I‘m busting out the Stranger Things socks for family Christmas today. You seriously could not have done a better job. I am so thankful for your friendship and being a part of our boss ass bookish group! Happy Holidays, LGP‘ers! #LGPOG #feelingthankful

Celebrating Edgar Allan Poe at the Frazier Museum 🖤
I‘m a big fan of Reese‘s acting career and her book club. I thoroughly enjoyed this inside look at her life and customs. Really enjoyed getting to see her on the book tour. Highly recommend! 💕
Hello ladies-made it safely to Kentucky. Loved the book @PatriciaU Thanks so much for sharing! 💙
I‘m a little late to the party, but thanks for the invite @Grrlbrarian 1. I listen to a little bit of everything but most recently listened to Bad Witch by Nine Inch Nails. 2. Gosh, there are so many—it‘s like picking a fav book! If forced to pick, probably Bruce Springsteen or Aerosmith. 3. I love all types of music, but right now rock and country. 4. Apple Music 5. @Owlizabeth I‘m way late on the invite but feel free to join in!
Book, beach and beer...it doesn‘t get much better than this. And I am really enjoying this book so far.
I devoured this book in two days. The plot revolves around Martha Gellhorn‘s tumultuous relationship with Ernest Hemingway as well as her amazing literary and journalistic career. For me, it‘s up there with The Paris Wife. If you love historical fiction, no one does it better than this writer. Paula McLain‘s writing is my church! 💙💙💙💙💙
I am enjoying this book so far but I really want to give both Cyril‘s adoptive parents an ice pick lobotomy. Guess I have to chalk it up to great writing since I hate them so much already.
Finishing this book (and drinking) was an excellent kickoff to my summer. SK does not disappoint with the plot, creepy factor and I thoroughly enjoyed Will Patton‘s narration on the audiobook.
Fantasy is usually not my bag, but I LOVED this book. It has something for everyone: adventure, romance, suspense, etc. It‘s a beautifully written ode to reading. Along with being an amazing story, the writer has included various clues throughout the text. I especially enjoyed the poem at the bottom of the pages. Definitely buying the second in the series today! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
An homage to the 1980s, New York City and the trailblazing advertising women of the 1930s. Based on the life of ad woman, Margaret Fishback. Even though she went to some pretty dark places, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Lillian. Listened to it on audiobook and it was worth the purchase. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Special thanks to @Lola for sending this my way!
The bookshelves my husband built for me while I was away watching basketball. Now that‘s true love! 💕

An emotional punch to the gut, but should be required reading.
Made it to Louisville, KY! Thanks so much for the bookmark, Jennifer! What a thoughtful gesture. I'm really looking forward to starting this one today! 💙

The first five star book of the summer! I was absolutely engrossed in the plot; this story has it all: drama, laughter, tears, mystery... Once again, I am so thankful for BOTM bringing this one to my attention. Makes for a perfect beach read. Do yourself a favor and pick this one up!

This book made me love reading. Great interview with S. E. Hinton in latest edition of EW. 💙
My current read qualifies for today's Rock book challenge #rockinmay #immigrantsong Also, doesn't hurt that Silas House is one of my fav local writers. #reppin4KY
Special thanks to Stamplifier on Etsy for making this boss ass Victorian stamp for me 💙
This is by far one of the weirdest (and longest! I mean the hardback could seriously be used as a weapon) reads ever but I couldn't put it down. If you like resurrected gangsters, freak shows and old Hollywood, this one is for you. Definitely gonna read second volume this summer. #COMEONEILEEN
I loved this book! All of the 80s references and computer nostalgia made for awesome geekish fun!
Loving these book sleeves made by Ashley from Alternate Universe. I highly recommend her work and there are so many styles to choose from! 💙
