Trying to go through all the ornaments this year but the tree is pretty full!

Today is the day for my absolute least favourite #HolidayTradition : Tree decorating 😣

Most of the hate comes from having to floof the damn thing. It's 2021....give me a pre-lit (I don't do lights either) pre-floofed tree that will STAY that way forever. I'd buy that.

Anyway, the boy is having fun helping. Yup, he's trying to eat a bulb. Nope, I'm done caring if he gets glitter tongue 😂

We cut down the most absolutely lovely Christmas tree today after venturing through some very tricky weather!

I thought I'd share our annual visit to Delamere forrest (near Chester) where we have chosen our tree for 27 years since we were newly wed, through queing to see santa with various aged children, to this year with my 18and 15 yr old and barney dressed as rudolph. Every year i do my grumpy dad bit moaning about the trees around the corner but i wouldn't have it any other way.
