I enjoyed many of Burt Reynolds movies and think he had the best laugh ever. This is more a collection of impressions about people he knew than a true memoir. It meanders even within a chapter. I was surprised with some of the revelations and did find it interesting. It's my #mustacheonthecover for #Booked2021 and my #doublespin for #bookspinbingo

Each degree teaches a historical, philosophical, scientific, or spiritual lesson. It‘s a great educational, charitable, and social fraternity for men and women to get involved. 😊 5y

Burt has some good stories to tell, and each chapter is about a different person. My favorite was about his friendship with Bette Davis. I usually love audio memoirs that are read by the author, but he was really hard to understand for a few chapters.

Bostonmomx2 @Pruzy it does seem like it would be quite distracting hu? I have a little non-Starbucks coffee place around the corner but it‘s never quiet enough to read in. 7y

TheKidUpstairs @Pruzy @Bostonmomx2 I find the noise helps me to read, it gives me something to block out. And I've got a great local spot (it's a brewery tasting room actually) with a cozy couch and some comfy chairs that are perfect to curl up in with a beer and a book. And no children interrupting me to get them a snack, or break up a fight over a toy! 7y
