I‘m about halfway through this one and wow...talk about first-world problems. I don‘t think I‘m feeling it!
I came home to a very sweet and unexpected surprise!!! Tori, I don‘t even know what to say!! This is so generous and sweet of you!! Thank you!! I think I‘m going to start with the tagged book! I first read this in 2010, loved it, and read the rest of Jen's cleverly-titled memoirs in rapid succession. I reread this on audio while we moved houses. It was a great distraction while unpacking boxes.
Still enjoyable and I liked the narration. I appreciate how Jen and Fletch (reluctantly) had to take a walk in others' shoes when both were laid off and forced to reevaluate what's important.

After the last one, I marked in my calendar to ask off. But then ALL the other weekenders at 2nd job said they needed this weekend off too, so I didn't even bother. But THEN one of them ended up NOT taking off after all! 😡
And to top it all off, this one is motor mouth-so I won't even be able to get any e-reading in. PISSED!

I weighed myself and I had gained 20 lbs in a week. I was all ??and I start going to the gym, I'm out walking, I say no to the cake, I'm making sure I get all the circles on my Apple Watch. This morning the husband weighed himself and said, "the scale is broken - I did NOT gain 20 lbs in a week." He replaced the batteries and voila - those 20 lbs I gained were gone. This sums up the main difference between him and I.
