#BookSpin day is the best day! Here‘s my first #BookSpinBingo board of 2022. My #BookSpin pick is from my #NewYearWhoDis list, and my #DoubleSpin will finish out a series, so I‘m excited about both! Hoping for a bingo this month—lots of possibilities, because I‘m way too optimistic about my January reading. 😁

I‘ve been working on my #bookspin list for awhile in order to have it go along with #scarathlon. Found some shorter audios & the rest are books I‘ve had on my TBR list. @TheAromaofBooks

So, I didn't get a blackout, but I'm pretty pleased with my #bookspin bingo this month anyway. I dnf-ed my #bookspin title and didn't do my doublespin. But I did manage to get 4 bingos, so I'll take it.

I read 20 books this month (I‘m not sure how as I‘ve been so busy, but there you go!)

Despite that I didn‘t manage that many bingos as I seemed to miss a square on nearly every line or column.... never mind, it‘s still good fun anyway! I count 5 bingos if we‘re allowed the 4 corners too.

A beautifully written memoir. I loved how her chosen challenge of ballet helped to prepare her for the challenge that life gave to her, mothering fragile, micro-preemie twin boys. The many scenes in the NICU were relatable and well-observed. I was absorbed into the writing and also remembered my own experiences. Many years ago, I too gave birth to micro-preemie twin boys. Well done!
