pppooraikul @kmdartist Glad you asked! 😁 It's based on Merlin and Arthurian legend, mostly Geoffrey of Monmount version. What if when Merlin was baptised shortly after birth, his Light and Dark sides were separated? The Dark element became Merlin's brother, Myron. That's the name of the book. Myron played an important part of the Arthurian Legends but not the way Merlin did. And he struggled through out the book to prove that Dark doesn't equal evil. 7y

pppooraikul @kmdartist Darkness is itself, the same way Light is light. And while Merlin did great things to serve Britain, Myron cared about each person as an individual. The book raised the question of what goodness truly is. And the writing (only in Thai, unfortunately) was the most beautiful I've ever read. (And I read quite a lot of Thai literature!) 7y

Watching Sherlock from the BBC really rekindled my love for this guy. Read this, and read The Beekeepers Assistant, too. Great stuff, really.

Louise Neil Gaiman wrote an amazing story about Sherlock's "last case"! Have you read it? Maybe that was the beekeeper reference. At the moment, I can't remember the title, but it's in Gaiman's latest collection of short stories. 8y
