My current read and first time reading this author. A lot of mixed reviews on Goodreads but I‘m enjoying it.

Very old-school Kristin Hannah. Quintessential Hallmark movie in book form. Stereotypical characters, predictable storylines... on the verge of annoying but....still so readable in my world. 🤷🏻♀️ #sorrynotsorry

pickLoved the storyline of this book. It was great joy to listen too.
pickOverall, a good story, enjoyable; but the ending dragged a good 50 or so pages more than I wanted.

Back in Canada again... and back in the midst of renovation chaos again. I'm not sure why I was hoping everything would magically be finished two weeks ahead of schedule but alas, not done yet.
This was my wedding bouquet when we got married in Vegas three years ago - made of burlap and pages from books. It trekked from Michigan to Canada to Vegas to Canada and now it's tucked away safely until I can display it in the new kitchen. ❤📚❤
