Pumpkin loves watching the snow come down… I am sure he won‘t go far from the cat tree today!

You can‘t really tell I. This picture but we are getting hammered with snow… I am so grateful that my administration decided we could do a virtual in-service today so I can stay safe and sound at home!

Another snow day for me, so I was productive and finished up my holiday baking… sugar cookies, peanut butter blossoms, mint Oreo truffles and regular Oreo truffles today!

After hours of shoveling and sledding and playing in the snow, I am ready to curl up with some cocoa and a book! I don't remember the last time we had two snow days in a row - when you live in the lake effect snow belt, snow removal is a pretty well oiled machine. I am not complaining though, as I've thoroughly enjoyed the time at home with the kids!

We didn't get the blizzard they kept threatening, but it's pretty and cold enough I'm calling a "sit in the house and read by the fire" day.

SnowDAY today.

I have stuff I need to do tomorrow! OTOH I can always use another day to stay inside and read…

Zero visibility /zero degrees and many inches of snow 🥶❄️❄️❄️❄️ back to bed we all go 🥶 no school today !
