This one digs deep into family issues, self-discovery, letting go of your past, and moving forward. The star of this book for me was definitely Winnie. What a journey her character took as she worked through her past and found herself and her true love.

I loved this just as much as the first book in the series. It manages to be both steamy and really dig into what family means. I got a little frustrated with Kallum's choices during the early part of the book, but I loved where the relationship between Kallum and Winnie ended up.
pickI loved this one sooooo much! Kallum is the perfect sexy cinnamon bear, and the perfect foil to former child star/Christian icon Winnie Baker as she recovers from a life of purity culture that's left her very messed up. All your favorite characters from make an appearance and it's just a great, smutty Christmas romance.

There is so much I liked about this book starting with the epigraph. : “Yes, I am Daddy. —Graham Simpkins, The Holiday” 😄 The first half was so strong. I went into this book knowing there were some elements of purity culture from Winnie‘s past but I was not expecting such an accurate portrayal. It may seem extreme to people who didn‘t grow up in this world, but I promise you it‘s not.
