This wasn't a bad collection but it also didn't WOW me. This felt more like a personal work, poetry written to commemorate Mary Oliver's pet dogs.
I read this for the graphic prompt for #tbrTarot
I enjoyed this bind up of the first 5 comics. Unfortunately it seems to be an unfinished story and is quite old now - I've owned this for yikes 7 years. Still the artwork and the armoured cats sold me on it and I'm glad I finally read it.

My temporary house guest makes the best reading snuggle bug! I mean, I have to keep reading she is very comfortable and should not be disturbed.
I don't read much in the graphic novel format but have had this on my TBR shelves for a while.
Graphic is the prompt for #tbrTarot this month so finally getting to it. The artwork is amazing.
What if a biological terror agent wiped out most of humanity, and our domesticated animals were left in charge? How would our dogs and cats set about ruling and rebuilding the world?

It seems the girls and I have different goals today. 🐶

Cozied up & ready for bedtime stories 🐶
This nonfiction memoir from the author of The Book Thief is about his relationship with his crazy dogs. It is a book written for dog people and I'm not kidding when I say if you are one, you'll laugh and then it will break your heart. As someone who has deeply loved and also lost a big goofy dog, this one was hard to read, but it was beautiful.
I completed (and enjoyed!) all four of my spun #readyourebooks titles this month. 💙💙💙💙
She also projects her own opinions through the perspective of her pets, which felt a bit unserious. 1w
