I think this book would be an awesome addition to the classroom library and also would make a good lesson about friendship and making new friends and the beginning of the year.
pickThis is a story that will always tear at my heart. Jenny does a great job of showing how death and life play roles with animals but as an animal lover myself it‘s hard to imagine what some animals go through. I definitely suggest it as a read but have tissues nearby.

so-soI enjoy any books that have animals as the main characters and this one was also really cute with the illustrations of the cats. Overall this book didn't make the biggest impression on me but would still be a nice addition to a classroom library.
