It took a bit to get into this book. But I did like it. There is a lot to this book! Omegas and Gordo and Mark and outside wolf clans. A sex scene that I felt I was invading their privacy haha.

1. Usually a good hard cider. Local ones if I can. Lately it‘s been Blake‘s Peach Party! In winter spiked hot chocolate or hot apple cider spiked with an Irish whiskey.
2. Tagged! I‘m late in the game with these but this one gave me a book hangover for a good 24 hours 😂
#Two4Tuesday
This series is my first experience with TJ Klune. I can see why he is so beloved. I love the characters and the story just keeps getting better.
Today was one of those days that's hard on the head. Time to unwind with some fresh air on this beautiful evening.
Ahhh - 20*c - my kind of weather. Perfect for reading outside.
@Bookgoil and @Deblovestoread - my #LLSS parcel went in the maul today. So excited for my partner to receive it. Thank you for organizing.
Spellbinding, devastating, and incredibly powerful. A gay werewolf shifter romance that sinks its claws into the reader, even those (read: me) who have practically memorised the prose by heart. I keep returning to this series, finding comfort in the found family nestled within its pages, the cathartic undertones, and of course, a certain obtuse witch and a loyal werewolf who remain one of my favourite book couples. I love the goddamn Bennett pack.
This one I liked so much more than the first book, I'm happy that I did continue the series. Maybe it was because I listened to the audio book and thought the narrator was a good choice. Maybe it was because this book is less teenage-y (duh). Maybe it was because it had more story. Or maybe it was because of a very cool witch. Or all of it. I think Klune really made progress with his writing and therefore part three is already preordered.

I read the first book in the Green Creek series last month & I remain invested in this series. Book 2 focuses on Gordo, the pack witch & Mark Bennett as the pack faces new & devastating attacks on all they hold dear. These books aren‘t quite the level of Klune‘s standalones for me but the characters & their dynamics keep me turning the pages. I‘m skipping October for shorter #Scarathlon books but⬇️
Bk4 of my recent #BookMail is the 2nd in Klune‘s Green Creek series. The Bennetts aren‘t just a family, they‘re a pack. Gordo Livingstone has been hardened by the pack that left him behind, he sought peace in a tiny mountain town vowing never to be caught up in the affairs of wolves again. A year later, he‘s found himself the witch of the Bennett pack again. Love me a queer werewolf story!
Ravensong coming out the clear winner for best book of the first half of the year! #2023readingbracket
5/5⭐ I received an eARC in exchange for an honest review.
Somehow even better than the 1st. I do love an asshole main character hiding a heart of gold. It took epic & awesome to new levels. If you heard an unholy screeching around 4:30pm ET today, it was me putting a couple pieces together near the end of the book. I'm dying to read the next one.

"The funny thing about hate is the razor-thin line that separates it from something else entirely.
Because I loved him too,
No matter how hard I tried to convince myself I didn't.
I always had.
Even when I'd wanted to kill him.
Even when I felt the most betrayed, I couldn't stop"
Words wielded with beauty and something akin to magic.
Just finished my all time favourite book and I'm already eager to turn its pages for a third time ♡.
My all time favourite love story and book in the Greencreek Series.
These books sink their claws into you and keep you spellbound from beginning to end.
Everything about this book is exquisite. The secret smile of the man with the eyes of ice. The blossoming ink roses of a Livingstone witch. A ravens unkindness (nevermore). The violet glint of an Omegas eyes. The mate bond between wolf and witch. A beautiful portrayal of the importance of family
This series is EASILY in my top favorite (top favorite? Is that a thing?) of all time! Loving this ride and don't want it to end!
This might be the greatest shifter series I've ever read...🐺
It was 65° today! Huzzah! I took a nice bookish walk in the woods after work, and it was so refreshing and lovely! 🌿📖💕 I'm hoping it stays warm this weekend so I can clean up my balcony and get it ready for outside reading! 😍
I was rearranging some books and when I turned around Chaplin decided he was claiming one for himself! 😹📖❤ #catsoflitsy #littenkitten #chaplin
Another picture from my walk yesterday! 🌿📖❤ I already miss that 50° weather - today it dropped back down to 19°! 😭 I love how misty the forest was!
It is 50° today! The warmest it's been in months! I couldn't resist taking a walk during my lunch break today! The snow is melting so much there was running water everywhere! It was very misty and mysterious! 🌿💙 I haven't read any more of this book since November, because I read all of book one and the first half of this book outside at the park, so it felt weird to read it inside! Today was the perfect day to bring it back out and dive back in!
THREE DAY WEEKEND ALERT! 🎉 Starting today I am off for a long weekend! I just worked a bunch of days in a row so I'm really looking forward to this! 😁 I'm starting it off right with some werewolf reading in the woods! 🍁💕📚
Had a little fantasy style breakfast (bread and cheese! 🍞🧀) at my new favorite spot in the park before heading into work! I hope the weather continues to stay fairly mild so I can finish reading this book entirely outside!
I'm off today since I'm working all weekend, and you know what that means - reading in the park! 😍🍁🍂📚 My usual route was closed off because they're fixing the bridge over the creek. I was a bit sad at first, but then I started adventuring and found some awesome new routes and paths and plenty of great places to sit and read! 💕📚💕
Reading a werewolf book in the woods while listening to the Twilight soundtrack is pretty much the perfect way to spend the afternoon! 🐾📚
Onwards to book two of this series! 💕📚 I enjoyed the first book so much, I decided to try and read this one outside as much as possible too! 🍂🍁🍂
Oh TJ Klune, I love your writing. This was a very thrilling part two to his werewolf/paranormal M/M romance series. It does not really work as a standalone. Though not as strong as book 1-mainly due to some repetitive dialog-still a great world and lovely romance. 4⭐️ #OutstandingOctober #bookspinbingo #Scarathlon2021 +16 for #teamhendrix
I a) don‘t know why my picture on the Goodreads app is so fuzzy and b) am really bad at updating my Litsy. BUT I‘ve recently started reading TJ Klune and have obsessively gone through 3 in a week. About to take a break (mostly so I don‘t run out of books or have to wait until August for the last Greek Creek book). I love how different these two series are and look forward to more. Reading challenge is also spot on for once!!
With #24b4Monday starting soon, rather than making a list, I‘m going to use this weekend to work on clearing my in-progress list down. At last count, I have 12 books in some state of started-ness. So.
Yeah.
Ravensong.

TJ Klune broke me with Wolfsong, and I fully expect that Ravensong is going to hurt at least as much, if not more. See you on the flip side.
Better than Wolfsong, but it's still missing something for me.
