⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️
The Naturals are faced with another case. 3 bodies in 3 casinos in 3 days; all in public, but no footage. The bodies come w/ a code. Who‘s the killer? How does this relate to Cassie‘s mother‘s case? Will they able to figure it all out in time?
This one was ok. It didn‘t tie really well w/ the second one. There was no relevance to her mother‘s case until the end. The puzzles were still great; kept me guessing. The romance was there; a must.
Still unsure how I feel about this series. I love the concept of people with natural crime solving abilities, and the murder mysteries are good. However the teenage angst drives me nuts! That being said, I will need to know how the story ends and will be reading book 4.
1. My plans for this week - work, travel to a work conference, continue to try and kick a virus that's had its hold on me for a week now.
2. I'm on the east coast of Canada and we are above 0 degrees Celsius- it's very exciting!
3. The view from the window at my workplace.

Had to finish the last few chapters last night as things were getting bananas & tense.😱 The Naturals is such an entertaining series, I‘m sad that this is book 3 out of 4 & only one more to go plus a story/novella. In this book Cassie & the team are in Las Vegas helping the FBI with 3 murders that on the surface seem random, but numbers on the victims lead to a bigger & more sinister picture. I like learning more ⬇️
Thanks to @Eggs & @TheSpineView for the #WondrousWednesday tags! 🤗

The gastro bug has hit my house. Kiddo was up all night, hubby sick all day and now my tummy is turning. Not an exciting weekend. My sweet dog hasn't left my kiddos side.
I am loving this series. Whilst you need to suspend disbelief a little bit (high school age kids working with the FBI) the writing is smart and engaging and each story seems to focus a little bit on a different character while still reading as part of a whole. Highly recommend this one. #bookspin @thearomaofbooks

The intertwining of these characters' backstories with their current stories and also with each other's stories is what makes this series so dynamic. I‘m also really glad the whole love triangle has been resolved. The romance in general takes a back seat to the mystery in this book. Each book, so far, gets more intense, more insane, and more intricate. Overall, it's just an amazing series, that I highly recommend. ⬇⬇⬇
Once again, another great continuation to the Naturals series! I loved the setting of Las Vegas and the completely unpredictable plot, it was extremely well thought out and phenomenally written. I enjoyed seeing the gang get through their struggles, as well as learning more about them. The plot twists were crazy and the ending leaves on a massive cliffhanger, so I'm excited to see what the final book has to offer!
Gifted teens in Vegas? What's the worst that could happen? The 3rd installment of The Naturals series presents a tightly plotted, super smart mystery that deepens the arc that connects all the books. We get to know the characters, their backgrounds, and their motivations better as the author teases the reader with answers they so desperately want, all while deftly laying clues for them to solve the case at hand.
From what I can remember I enjoyed the first two books in the series, but this one seemed a little lacklustre for most of it. I like a good number-based conspiracy, but it seemed a little over laboured at times, however, the unexpectedly good ending raised my rating of it to 4 stars as, not just this case but another connected one, suddenly came to life. 4🌟
The gang is back in full force, now hunting a killer through the steamy casinos of Vegas. I loved getting to know more of Sloane‘s backstory, along with her & Lia‘s comedic timing. The romance, too, was much better in this, as Cassie & Dean stand by each other through thick and thin. Plot was fun, though I‘ll admit the math went a bit over my head at times — but never to the point of my eyes glazing! Can‘t wait to see how it all ends. ★★★★☆.
#currentlyreading | my favorite thing about series is never having to wonder what to read next 😁
Not as good as the first two but this was still an awesome book. For the third time I could not put it down and it was really interesting how the author showed more of each character.
Again the book keeps you interested and you learn more and more about each character and why the do what they do. Brings you closer to finding out who the killer is :)
Books I got from #FullyBooked's anniversary sale! I'm most excited about my copy of All In, the third book from The Naturals' series!
#bookhaul
This book has me "all in" on this series yet again. The twists, the turns, and all the things you never see coming. I'm looking forward to the next one.
"...ruling her family with baked ziti and an iron fist." I find this hilarious
#couldntputitdown, read past dinner time and then let my dinner go cold cause I was up to a super exciting part... this is the 3rd book in the series with the Naturals gang - a lot of the pieces of their individual pasts are staring to come together (although this series is not unlike the tv show The Blacklist - you're having so much fun with the case that you don't realise that the stack of unanswered questions outweighs the answers 🤔) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"Luckily for us," Michael replied airily, "I've never met a bad idea I didn't immediately embrace like the dearest of friends."
???
"Far be it from me to suggest that Sloane hack the FBI again," Michael said, preventing Sloane from dwelling on her father's name, "but I think Sloane should hack the FBI again."
My face = Olaf
I love this team!!!
"You hacked the FBI?" I said incredulously.
"And Interpol," Sloane said brightly. "And you'll never guess what I found."
Security holes that the world's most elite crime-solving agencies really need to patch up?
Sloane ?
So not only did book 3 in the Naturals series deliver the thrills, feels, and teen angst that I'd expect, I also found out there will be a book 4 this fall! 😍😍😍

The geek shall inherit the earth.
Classic Sloane! 😂😂
This thing about Sloane hacking and later rehacking different law enforcement databases is absurd yet fitting for this not-quite-believable series about teens working for the FBI. And yet it becomes a running gag. Still totally appropriate for the book.
Current companion for scanning all these old slides.
If you read and liked the others than it is worth the read but I just didn't care as much as I did with the first two. The writing didn't seem as tight and it didn't truly grip me until the final third. I will read the next one but I can wait.
The third installment is not gripping me the same as the first two. Part is my mood. Part is I don't really agree with Cassie's romantic choices. But part is highlighted in these passages a few pages apart. The writing is just not as tight as the others nor as compelling as her Fixer series.
The cover screams light-hearted hijinks but the inside is actually intense and emotional mind-trickery. I know this yet these covers lull me every time!
I thought I would give up after the third. But I think she's hooked me for the next in the series. It's a YA version of Kay Scarpetta and her friends. Well played, Barnes, well played.
I love this series, and this book was no disappointment. I think this may have been my favourite one in the series so far and I really hope that she keeps writing
