The book had a cute story. Girl just goes through life being comfortable and just this once she steps out of her comfort zone and has the time of her life. The short stories were cute and it was a quick read.

Sometimes short stories are hard to get into, but this is an exception. I've loved Jojo Moyes ever since I read 'Me Before You.' I'd give anything she writes a try. Pleasantly surprised that I liked this one. The first story is plenty long enough to really become invested in and enjoy. The shorter stories at the end were each pretty good as well!
A collection of one novella and eight short stories.
The title story was delightful but the one I liked the most was “Holdups“ about a robbery in a jeweller's.
Needed this today thanks so much Misty! @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Can‘t wait to read this one and thanks for the new cards and tea and journal goodies! ❤️ #litsylove

I‘m not typically a fan of short stories, but I really enjoyed this collection. The stories were light and enjoyable. Reading this collection was an absolute treat.
Indulging in feel-good #romance novels around the #Christmas season. Something I rarely do 🤗
After that atrocious memoir, I found comfort in the romantic mind of Jojo Moyes. #currentlyreading
I quite liked this. The stories were easy to read and enjoyable. The title story is the longest and then the others are very short. Some of them I would have liked to read more
Some stories were good, some not so much. The first (Paris For One) and the last (The Christmas List) were my favorites; although Between the Tweets wasn't bad
Juno‘s getting a good smell off this super light read that I got from the free library down the street. The main story is excellent and reminds me of my love for Paris and all the other stories were short and sweet. Great summer read and I‘ll return it to the free library so someone else can enjoy.

I have yet to visit France, but I keep reading about it! Maybe someday. #France #LetsTravelJuly
I absolutely adore this book and it‘s going on my favorites shelf! The first story is a novella set in Paris, and as someone who recently started learning French and is obsessed with all things Paris, it really hit the spot. The rest of the book is a short story collection, and I must say not a bad one in the bunch. The last one was my favorite. These types of books aren‘t for everyone, but I absolutely loved it. 5⭐️
Loved the mix of short stories. Make a great book to bring on the beach. Left some stoping pints to hit the ocean!
What a lousy reading month :/ the kind when even the shortest book takes weeks to finish. School and work has me busy, here‘s to March being better :)
A charming collection of short stories about women, romance, travel, and embracing one‘s authentic self. I am a sucker for anything related to Paris!
I finally got my stack together for #24in48! I have a couple of these on audio and a few others on the Kindle. I tried to select mostly shortish books I already own that I can fit into my reading challenge (Goodreads Seasonal Reading Challenge). Last I checked, there were almost 2,000 participants signed up. That‘s awesome!
@24in48
I was completely prepared not to like this book. After all, my mom suggested it and she and I never read the same things. But I loved it. I liked the initial story, but it was the short stories after that I really loved. I wish there were more.
Quick read and stays true to Moyes‘ writing style. Nell is easy to love- stick with her, she can and will stand on her own two feet.
I enjoyed the main story. The writing is beautiful as expected from Moyes. The remainder of the book is short stories, slice of life kind of stuff. Not really my thing but wasn‘t bad.
Another good weather day to start a book. Snowy and chilly! #bringonthebooks
Thank you sooo much @booksaremyfavorite !!! I‘ve been wanting to read this for a long time. Can‘t wait 😊 🙈 🙌🏽

A light summer read. The title story is a fun, albeit predictable, romance. The other stories are slices of modern life and relationships. I enjoyed the #audiobook version. It was nicely read. #ReadingAroundTheWorld #England
5K race: Check. Puppy cuddles and book reading: In Progress.
36/52-🌟🌟🌟- I liked a few of the stories, especially the first one. I just don‘t think her stories are my cup of tea, but I am glad I read her. I would consider reading another book by her, if it is highly recommended.
My weekend reading goals! Doctor says I can‘t go to the pool or do much activity until a small infection heals from a surgical incision. Surgery was a month ago... ugh! I guess I will have to spend my weekend reading. Happy Saturday!
75% finished with this read. I have really liked two of the stories very much, but the jury is still out on whether I will read another one of her books. I hope to finish by tomorrow and will decide.
A little reading before I am in la la land! I hope I don‘t fall asleep on the first page. Still jet lagged after being home a week.
“I realized pretty quickly I couldn't marry a man without a bookshelf.”
I can agree with this! #books #bookishlife #quotes #audiobook
I have been away from reading for several days, but I back and trying to finish “the other stories”.
So true!!! Don‘t waste time!!!
Love reading about cities I live and experiences that could be mine. I travel solo and explore solo, and rarely hesitate to do it. When you experience the world by yourself, you learn a lot about yourself. I predict Nell from this story is going to learn about herself, too.
Taking a break from 2 other books to read my first book by Jojo Moyes! I love Paris so I thought it would be a good one to start.
I came across this audiobook available from the library and since I have a lot of errands to run today, it seems like the perfect accompaniment! I‘m taking my husband to Paris for his first time in (gasp) 2 weeks, before I head to Oxford. I didn‘t realize how soon until I looked at this countdown calendar I set up. I really need this vacation so this fun little book is helping amp my excitement.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ The first story about Nell and Fabien was my favorite. I want an entire book about them.
Some tea and time just for me
This book was fantastic! I loved all of the short stories and I wish that a couple of them would continue.

Nice set of stories. Her present-tense style of writing threw me off a bit.
