Tagging @hes7 @jari-chan @twainy I couldn't do the collage; I don't know why.
@lindy I'd like to see your latest creation.
I like to graph designs and knit them. This was the first time I did it. I have improved since this one. Thanks for the tag @TheSpineView
My WIP.
Some of the stories were pretty good. Nothing really jumped out at me. But it‘s nice to read about one of my favorite pastimes.
I‘m not a knitter but for those of you who are, this ebook is on sale
Not book related exactly, but #audioknitting can be productive. Latest finish.

I thought of you while I made it.
I guess I kind of love you."

A quiet Sunday morning has been filled with some reading and then knitting! I hope everyone is having a great Sunday 💕
New yarn.....woot woot!! Of course there is another colorway I want for fall. But I think this will make a lovely scarf 🍁🍂! #fallready #isitfallyet #knittersoflitsy
Okay I'm finished with my book and super motivated to pick up my unfinished projects❤️👍 What a delight reading stories of knitting by many writers collected by Ann Hood.
I‘m working on this suuupeer cute cowl with little sheep and an alpaca on it! Any other knitters out there? What‘s your favorite knitting related reads? I‘m sick AGAIN so I‘ve got lots of down time. #knitting
Another thing I tried knitting at 3am last night! It‘s funny how sometimes you try something harder and it turns out better than the easy pattern you were working on before? Excited to turn on an audiobook and get this one done :)
I write. I read. I knit!
New blog post with photos of my latest projects!

Taking a break from unpacking which gave me the perfect opportunity to take a pic for today‘s #uncannyoctober My two favorite non-reading pursuits are baking and knitting.
@LeahBergen this link is for you. http://www.messynessychic.com/2016/11/03/winter-is-coming-so-please-enjoy-this-i...
Knitting a swatch in the library, two ❤️ collide! 😂
I'm not sure why it took so long for me to finish. I loved many of the stories in this one. There were a couple that didn't do it for me but that is to be expected in a short story collection. And the beautiful fingerless mitts were made for me by my daughter. Seemed fitting for this photo.
Litsy is more fun with friends so please welcome two more of my knitter friends @microknittermj and @Menicholas3 ! #morethemerrier
(I may have been pimping Litsy a bit more than usual on my other social media platforms…)
This book of essays about knitting makes me want to put down my reading and go knit! Not sure that's a good thing...as I said earlier, the Barbara Kingsolver is glorious, and it was nice to "meet" people like me who can't watch TV without busy hands. So kindred souls!
So far the book is lovely, but Barbara Kingsolver alone is worth the price and more. The alchemy, chemistry, botany, and poetry all knit together... "pronking gambol of newborn wildhooray"--such beauty!
Next. Have I mentioned I am a tad obsessed with knitting right now?
I haven't been reading lately because I've been knitting up a storm: I'm starting my third baby blanket since August (knitting for a cause, not babies of my own) and I enjoyed several essays by knitting writers in this collection. Wide variety of themes and points of view.
