I loved the illustrations of this #PictureBook —perfect color choices, and the illustrations truly made the story come alive. The story itself was just okay—good message, the importance of believing in yourself, but the word choices seemed geared more for older kids who may not be willing to read a picture book. #BBRC #LetterA

Texreader I've been doing the #litsyatoz challenge since 2017. The person who hosted it back then is no longer active on Litsy, but I just love the challenge. So I guess I'm the host now. I love that you are doing this! I post the tag #litsyatoz and #letterA (for example) for books that start with that letter. This fictional #picturebook focuses on the first person narration of a young child who says and does mean things to Van Gogh. I‘m not 100% sure of the audience age on this one - some bigger words and the narration just seems more for an older audience. I do love the illustrations in this one - so Van Gogh-esque. #BBRC #LetterA
