One of my reading goals for 2019 was to branch out and read books and genres I normally wouldn‘t. Besides being a new fan to the fantasy genre, I‘ve opened up to contemporary fiction (I‘ve always been a thriller/true crime kinda reader). This was a fascinating read about a really sheltered girl who met a bad man and became a killer! Many of us know this story (or think we do) but there‘s a lot of info in this book I never knew. Best $2 I ever spent at a used bookstore for a true crime-ish read.

Frannie liked this book and I do too! Very atmospheric, creepy, depressing, hopeless, and well written. Great story that will give you the creeps! Definitely read at night 😈

When you are reading a book you really, really love, do you savor it or devour it? I find myself in the odd predicament of not wanting it to end but not wanting to put it down either. What‘s a girl to do? 🤷🏼‍♀️

I love the format and style in which this book is written. The interview style makes the characters stand out so much more as individuals and I feel like I connect with each one in one way or another. I‘m super into this book and it‘s unlike anything I‘ve read before. I don‘t want to finish it!
