Most of my neighbors must be feeling Scrooge-y this year as there aren‘t many lights & decorations up outside. So for today‘s #NeighboursDecor prompt, I went with my office neighbors who decorated the tree for our building for a company contest. The theme was family & we were all supposed to text a photo selfie &/or family shot. I sent one of Max🐱& they put him in a 🌟as he is one.😉

Helped my sister decorate her porch last night. It‘s her first Christmas after moving from her house she lived in for 58 years to her new place in a senior citizen community. We wound lights around the porch railing and her lamppost, hung bows, dressed her goose & goose baby, and decorated inside. Christmas decos are done. You can‘t tell it, but the purple tree is much smaller than the other. It‘s hot here today (32 degrees) and now I am off to book club (and I actually read the book). #happyholidays #december #christmas

I don't have a lot of bookish holiday decorations. I fell in love with the snow globe last year, and the Christmas trees were a product of a day of crafting in the library with my students.
